I walked in to look for a specific product and ended up sitting down with Lamar who was wonderful and helped me find everything I needed and then some!

The customer service in this store is truly awful. If you don't look the part they won't even acknowledge you coming in the store. I know sales people constantly come and go, but the group in there now and this past month need to be retrained in Macy's customer service policies.
