This experience was from 06/19/2024, I am reviewing the customer service I received not the actual products or company. I walked in and was talking to my friends as we looked at products I’m talking. The older lady was working at the front and welcomed everyone in. I did not hear her because I was talking, and I was looking at a product so she proceeded to come up to me clapping to get my attention and said since I know you didn’t hear me I’m coming up to you to say welcome. If you need any help let me know with a sarcastic smile, it was so rude. I almost felt like she was trying to come at the fact that we are a group of latinas just talking in Spanish and her Caucasian self didn’t like it so she started clapping to get our attention for us to shut up as we were having a conversation so I was distraught and said OK, but I walked out and chose not to purchase the almond oil like I was going to , such a poor experience and customer service on their part we need to do better with hiring. I absolutely love the products. Terrible service at this location.

I had a pretty pleasant experience in the store today. Moïsette is a super attentive, pleasant person who knows the products very well. He offered me the right products for my skin needs.The store was quite tidy. I give a solid five stars. And I recommend that you visit this branch.Greetings

L’OCCITANE products are…different! You enter the store, close your eyes and take a deep breath: you are at the middle of a blossoming meadow inhaling a pure natural aroma of a fresh herbs and flowers! I, personally, like their aftershave but there are products for every taste. Great products!

I enjoy going to this location in Palm Beach Gardens. I have obtained some terrific facial products for my daily care thanks to the sales associates who showed me what I needed based on informing them of my needs. I like that L'Occitane is close to Bloomingdales, so when I go to pick up my Nespresso pods, I can stop there without walking too far. I applaud the store's cozy and posh interior, which is very inviting when walking through the mall. The products are expensive, but they are top quality and work wonders on my face, which I'm middle-aged, and I need to make sure my skin stays fresh and fantastic.

Thanks to Moisette, I just had to write a review. She's awesome! I stopped by the store on 4/17 to purchase a fragrance (Herbae ?) She was so pleasant, helpful, knowledgeable, hospitable and most of all, she was very patient. I appreciate her astounding service. ????
