My rate went up 80% for a minor accident so I decreased coverages for my renewal and in a 2 week period my rate changed 100.plus 2 times from my original renewal rate quote to what I am being charged... accident forgiveness is advertised but if you have an accident you will be told that is only in effect after a 10 year period.

WARNING!!!!!! BAIT & SWITCH SCAM!!!! I was told $99 for basic coverage and $166 for upgraded coverage. Since paying the first month I was told I was quoted wrong, and my insurance is now $231 a month with less coverage!! It has MORE THAN DOUBLED!!! This is how we do people now?!

I'm very satisfied with your services. Elis Hornung was amazing attending me and solving all of my doubts, she's very focused and proactive. She took all the time after the agreement helping me in the cancelation of my old insurance.
