We bought a power swivel glider recliner from Pottery Barn Kids. It's been 1.5 years and it just stopped working. They told me it's my problem not theirs. None of their furniture comes with a warranty smh spend $1200 on a chair just to be on my own when it stopped working. Just a heads up if you plan on buying furniture here.

I’m a fan of this brand. But the sales woman was so rude. We went to pick some toys for my son. And my son played the displayed ones for a few minutes, under my husband’s supervision and on the display table all the time. The sales person (about 55yrs or so) came and told us no touch the displayed toys. And she then picked a box and used her figure knocking it, telling us we could buy. Soooooooo rude! A kids’ store should never hire rude person like this.

Wendy was an amazing associate and helped my wife answer all of the questions she had regarding strollers today. Would highly recommend working with her, and had a pleasant experience at the store altogether!

This store is absolutely gorgeous. The store is on the expensive side, so you have to expect higher prices vs other kids furniture store. The products are absolutely stunning, but again if you are on a budget consider similar products at a much less expensive price. There are beautiful options from newborn to young kids.

Ordered 3 matching items for my 5-year old son in December online. One item shipped and the other two were promptly cancelled despite shipping dates in July and August 2023. Couldn't do anything about it until the items went back in stock (a school item, so it was clear they were going to be stocking it again). Once in stock, I called the main customer service number to ask that the order be placed again at the same price I paid previously (which was maybe 20% off). First online customer service agent was antagonistic and supervisor would not authorize any discount. Called back a week later and was told "you called last weekend and the supervisor said no - can you go against what your supervisor says at work?". Seriously, had the original order been left in place, the items would have shipped and been delivered already. But instead I received an email gift card and had to make multiple calls before a supervisor authorized 15% off. The difference amounts to $6. So after all this hassle, I am getting the item, paying $6 more, after being on the receiving end of TERRIBLE customer service from Pottery Barn Kids. If I didn't have gift cards, I would never spend a single cent with them. I'm tempted to sell my gift cards that I still have at a steep discount and letting someone else purchase their low quality products and deal with their non-existent customer service.

Have not been to the gardens mall in ages. This particular store has a very limited selection of children’s bedding compared to online. Staff totally unaware of what you’re asking for, have no idea of their online offerings. Very stuffy dated dusty feel to both the store and staff ( big time hostile imho). Remember the scene in pretty woman where Julia Roberts walks into a snooty clothing store and is kicked out? That kinda place ? no wonder malls are going bankrupt, I’d be surprised if this location is still alive in the near future as the world has really moved on

Worst company. Makes me sad that such a high quality furniture store can be so unreliable. They promise you you’ll have your nursery furniture before your baby arrives and then delivery date continues to get pushed back. Read the reviews it all says enough. If you can’t purchase and leave with the item in hand I would highly suggest you look elsewhere for your nursery Items. Customer service is even worse and never calls you back. They also promised us a 20% discount through our entire pregnancy and then all of a sudden took this promotion away without any explanation as to why. We are huge pottery barn advocates between furnishing our home and now nursery and sadly we will no longer be giving them our business. I know the store themselves could care less but I hope this review helps another pregnant woman out before she goes without her nursery furniture like myself.

No accountability!!! I ordered a crib, a dresser, a toy chest, and a hamper. The dresser was back ordered and they wouldn't allow the other items to be delivered without it. No problem I just canceled the dresser and reordered. It was backordered for weeks before finally being able to schedule the delivery. The day it was supposed to be delivered it never arrived. Then I was told it was delivered and signed for. I then spent hours on the phone trying to resolve the issue. I was told multiple times they couldn't get ahold of the "HUB" and they would call me back shortly. Still waiting on an answer. ****Update**** Dresser got delivered 2 weeks late and damaged. Needs to be replaced. It should take two to three weeks.

I ordered furniture from Pottery Barn Kids in October. I spent almost $6000.00. At the time I purchased the furniture it showed that delivery would be in November. November came and went and no furniture. All the while I have a pending charge on my Discover card. Then I finally receive an email that the order will be delivered on December 22nd. All the while I have two children who have been sleeping on the floor. Not to mention the limited space to put their belongings. So here I am on December 22nd and not to my surprise no furniture. I sat on hold yesterday for one hour and 15 minutes trying to find out what seems to be the issue with getting furniture that was ordered months ago. I also want to mention they have now fully charged my credit card now based on the fact that they were supposed to deliver the furniture today. I would have expected that a company like Pottery Barn would be able to handle business better than what they have. Thier poor communication and various emails that contradict one another has made this process frustrating and unnecessary. If I don't receive the furniture by the next promised date of January 3rd they can expect to loose the sale entirely.

** DO NOT BUY BB FURNITURE WITH THEM!!Giving 1 star because I can not give 0.Bought my baby’s room furniture on July 20th, 2022. I was 4 months pregnant. My baby was born on Nov 14th when I was already 39 weeks and I still not have any furniture on his room. The estimated delivery date keeps changing and no one from the store is able to give me an update on when I’m gonna receive it.I had a C-section and I have to feed my baby on my bed which is very unconfortable because I still not have my nursing chair. It has been a completely nightmare and I don’t recommend any mom to go trough this situation after giving birth!

We ordered a dresser, crib and rocker when I was 10 weeks pregnant. The crib came straight away and is great ( it’s actually by Babyletto - it is not PB’s own line). The dresser and rocker were suppose to arrive mid September. We paid for the white glove service to have all the furniture brought into the house and assembled. 25 minutes before they arrived they called to tell us they lost the dresser. However they had our toddler bed set and rocker. We didn’t order a toddler bed set and how does a dresser go missing?? They assembled the rocker and rocker has a huge gap between the cushion and leg rest. Also the leg rest doesn’t completely close all the way. After, going back and forth multiple times we finally are getting our dresser mid October and we were suppose to get a replacement rocker. however the rocker timeline kept changing from late November to February. Finally we decided to cancel the replacement rocker and have them pick up the broken rocker when the dresser got delivered. I just received an email that they will be picking up my broken dresser ( we haven’t received a dresser/ they lost the original one and it’s the rocker that is broken)I give up trying to deal with PB. It’s been a nightmare and the baby is set to arrive any day.

Made a call asking about Halloween costumes. They currently only have limited pieces leftover from last year and offered to help me buy them online if needed. Lady who answered was very kind and polite. Told me to call if I ever need any questions answered. We love this place.
