They will only respond to 5 star reviews but here it goes. The gym equipment is run down, no sauna after years of people complaining, 60% of cardio equipment works or works properly and to be called a signature gym with just a turf section with nothing else up to date makes no sense. The staff is friendly and welcoming I’ll give them that but quality of gym has significantly declined over the years. Given the area and the location of the gym LA Fitness should reevaluate their standards and do better.

I have been there for 1 year and the stairmasters are always broken, sauna is broken . This place runs like its going out of business. They should have a negative number on the STAR RATING . Stay away

A good fitness center with many benefits if you choose. I went as a guest today to sooth my muscles in their hot tub. The British Swim School seemed to be in swing so I could not do a Saturday Swim workout. One of the most complete and world renowned fitness business. Be careful with the pushy salesmanship if you want a membership. Very friendly service that makes a huge difference in my visit.✨?

Fix your damn sauna already. Alton is supposed to be one of the nicest places in Palm Beach Gardens and you guys can't spend the money to fix one of the only reasons people choose your gym

The saunas for both males and females have been closed for over a year. Yes, over a year and no compensation.
Yes, 1 sauna in another state malfunctioned and they “shut down” every infrared sauna in the country and left premium members hanging out to dry.
Did they lower the membership or anything at all? No. PGA LA Fitness is closing. No saunas except Northlake hey that’s not fair for people living in Jupiter.

I went in yesterday and it was a terrible experience. There was no A/C and they did not even have the large fans on. The gym was hot and mirrors were fogged up. The humidity also made the floor very slippery. Sauna is still closed over two years and the gym im general has a weird smell to it. Crunch fitness seems alot cleaner and comapred to this gym is a lot more worth your money.

If you like a woman working in the MENS locker room this place is for you.
Kids swimming lessons making excessive noice while I’m trying to sit peacefully in the Jacuzzi.
This is supposedly a premier club doesn’t even come close. Feels like your local YMCA with the kids swimming in the pool making all kinds of racket the sauna has been broke for two years. The equipment is often broke. My 2 sons have already moved on and I’m next to leave. I call the corporate # at least 2 years ago to inform them what I saw. Apparently, it makes no difference to them . BY
