The employees are nice and the jewelry is cute but the quality is GARBAGE. I went in with two friends and we bought 3 bracelets from the fine jewelry line. Each cost over $400.My bracelet broke within 2 hours of leaving the store, and I’m still waiting the 6 weeks for it to be repaired. One of my friends bracelet broke/fell off and was lost within 3 weeks of purchasing. Better quality at Claire’s.

My sisters, my mom, and I went to Kendra Scott for a group present for our mom and the associate (forgive me I can't remember her name but it started with a D) was so patient, helpful, and informative as we were making decisions. I had a service dog in training with me and one customer was trying to distract it and another was making comments about it to another associate which my sister overheard. This made me a little nervous as I have not had public access issues with any of the service dogs in training yet. However, when it was much less busy and we were finished paying I went up and asked if the customer was making complaints about the dog. I wish I caught his name, but this associate explained what the man had asked and the man was just confused, but the associate said "even if there was an issue I would never let it make it to you or let it ruin your experience" AND also proved he had proper knowledge on the ADA and FL laws about service dogs. Such a great experience!

If I could give 6 stars, I would. The friendly and welcoming atmosphere of this store is above the rest. I have gone in several times and it's always the same- very friendly service (unusual for the Gardens mall). My mom and I came here today to pick out earrings for my bridesmaids. We were treated like royalty. Amy took her time with us at the color bar and showed us different options. She was so patient and knowledge in the colors and products. We had such a great time today and it was all because of the associates working the store. With the help of the awesome associates, I was able to pick my pop of color for my wedding by picking the bridesmaids earrings. I am truly grateful and will never forget what a great experience we had. Thank you to Amy, Melissa, and the other associates who were working today- you truly made our experience very memorable.

The staff is amazing. Super helpful and friendly. The jewelry is gorgeous and you can customize many of the pieces and see what it will look like on their screen before it is assembled.
