I dropped off and then picked up a watch for a battery replacement at the local Jared. I was taken care of immediately in both instances. The problem was that both in the dropping off and the picking up of the watch, the wait time was excessive and unsatisfactory. The employee who took care of me was well trained but was obviously burdened with inputting an excessive amount of data into Jared's computer system. Since all my information was already in their system, it was frustrating trying to figure out what in the world the computer was requiring!!

I called them 5 minutes before I arrived I got here and both doors were locked and everyone inside was just looking at me really annoyed I cam all the way here just to be locked out when I'm well with in business hours and they knew I was on my way I don't even want to spend my money here now

Sherry was great! She helped me buy the watch that my husband wanted as a Father's day gift and helped to make it a surprise gift. He asked about the watch and she told him that it must have been sold recently since I had already purchased it. Great help!

Sherry and all the staff at Jared Legacy Place are amazing!!!! They are all friendly, helpful and don’t pressure you at all. I have done custom pieces as well as purchased in stock items. I don’t shop anywhere else!!

I've been in the market for a gold locket, and I had the pleasure of being assisted by Sacha. Not only was Sacha incredibly polite, but her knowledge of the products and willingness to help made the experience truly enjoyable. I highly recommend this store and Sacha's excellent customer service to anyone in need of jewelry or accessories.

We had such a lovely experience at this store. My best friend and I were shopping for her engagement ring, really starting from square one. Sacha was amazing! She walked us through every step of the process, from style, to stone quality, to cut, all the intricate details of designing the perfect ring. She was professional and knowledgable and the entire store was so friendly. We will definitely be going back when the time comes to commit!

I had the best experience at Jared with Sacha! My friend is very into watches so we went into Jared to see their collection of Rolex. Not only was Sacha able to tell us the details about the specific watches they had available, but she was able to share good information about the entire Rolex industry and buying process. The selection was superb and Sacha was great!

Exceptional service. Jack listens to my wants and needs and offers recommendations for me to consider. Together, we are able to come up with a solution that my wife falls in love with! He gives me 100% of his time, and attention during my appointments and puts forth his best effort. When I bring in my jewelry for cleaning, he goes the extra mile with clean solution and uses TLC in making all the pieces sparkle.I’m appreciative of Jack’s efforts and caring. By the way, I live one mile away from the Boynton Beach store, but choose to drive 20+ miles to the Palm Beach Gardens store because of Jack.Thank you, Jack, for years of wonderful service!

I went into Jared's in West Palm to get some loose diamonds I had set into a necklace I had purchased last year at another Jared's location. I met Adrian Coffey and she was patient, professional and very knowledgeable about jewelry design. She helped me design a piece that I am thrilled with! It was more than I could have imagined.
