They have the most personable and helpful staff! Sometimes in these stores it can be a challenge to find your size, but these ladies are always there to help and are very professional and knowledgeable

Went in to browse and look for a pair of white pants with no welcome or request of assistance from any salesperson. There are at least 50 other stores I can buy clothing in other than Jamie McLaughlin. Poor excuse

Finally, a business with great customer service! I only discovered this company about a year or so ago, through their pop up at The Gardens Mall. They had great prices and quality clothing, so I shopped their pop up again this year. It led me to shop at their permanent store in the Gardens Mall as well (showing that a pop up works). When I purchased a dress on sale in their store, they had another that was not part of the sale. I decided to get it later on-line for full price, and right afterwards I saw that it was added to their sale (and 50% off)! I called their on-line customer service, and they immediately credited the difference to the card (well my Mom's, as it was a birthday gift from her). They didn't give me a hard time, and they did it immediately. So many of the larger department stores and small boutiques are such a hassle to deal with it. It not surprising that many are going out of business and losing sales. This company is doing everything right!

Perfect stretchy jeans. So comfortable. Great colors and selections. I bought Lexi style and size 4 and normally I am six. Also bought Felicity in size 4. The Newport pants are really great. Lightweight, easy to travel with, and works for street or work out Check out the size. I'm a six but best fit is a extra small rather than a small.
