I recently hired IronTree for my move and I couldn't be happier with their service. From the moment they arrived, the movers were professional, efficient, and extremely careful with my belongings. They packed everything up quickly and securely, ensuring that nothing got damaged during the move. Not only did the team handle the physical aspects of the move flawlessly, but their customer service was exceptional as well. They were responsive to all my questions and concerns, and went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied with their service. The entire process, from booking to completion, was seamless and stress-free. Their attention to detail and dedication to customer satisfaction truly sets them apart from other moving companies. I highly recommend their services to anyone in need of a reliable and trustworthy moving company.

Absolute s*** show of a company. They came to work really late, were drinking and smoking weed on the job, did not know what they were doing so a lot of items got ruined, and then did not even finish the job. They also overcharged after promising me they would not charge more than the estimate and refused to give my money back. I have tried contacting them for three months now and they keep saying that they will send the money back, but they never do. Not only do they not know what they are doing, but they definitely do not care about their customers either. This company wreaks of a scam. beware

If I could give 0 stars I would...Do not use iron tree relocations. They sent a crew to our house for pickup that had NO IDEA what they were doing. They loaded the truck like COMPLETE AMATEURS and in the process ruined our furniture. At most 2 blankets were used and we have a bunch of all white furniture. It was destroyed with black marks. When the truck was opened on the other side, there were movers from South Carolina and they were APPALLED at how the truck was loaded. They said it’s a cardinal rule of moving to always wrap white furniture in blankets. They said because of how the movers loaded the truck, it’s no surprise our furniture was completely ruined.To make matters worse, when we brought up what happened, we were told to file a claim. 6 months of filing paperwork and pictures for the claim and from a $6500 move, with thousands of dollars of damages, we were offered a refund of $96. That’s right. $96!!Are you kidding me ?We are refusing the money and instead writing this review to WARN other buyers.Oh, and one more thing…They also said they use all veterans. Only 1 guy of 6 was a vet.SAVE YOUR MONEY.

I was moving from Florida to Tennessee and in need of a mover. Irontree contacted me very briefly and gave me a quote and it was unmatchable. I booked with them, 2 guys showed up to move all my furniture. The guys came in, wrapped all my items and transported them safely. Thank you Irontree!!! I will definitely be recommending you guys!

I wish I would have gone for a more reputable moving company. I chose Irontree Relocations because their quote was half that of the competitors. You get what you pay for… most of our furniture was scratched, damaged, or had dirt smudged on it during the process. The service was very unprofessional and I wish I had went with another company.

Collin is awesome! This is the best mover I have ever worked with. He made things work out that seemed impossible. I had a closing fall through and then literally the next day the buyers got approved from another lender. Condo associations are very hard to get mortgages or loans. …. Due to the fact that they are only required to cover 80% of damages and the owners must pay the remaining 20% through assessments. Collin made it happen. He is an honest genuine person with the BEST work ethics I have seen lately. After Covid most people are lazy and not willing to go above and beyond. Iron Tree Relocations, does their job with pride and they honestly have done the best of any mover I ever used. I had 2 shoulder replacements so I have not been able to move myself over the last several years. Collin is fair with pricing and he is very professional . I’m so thankful I found him. I don’t know what I would have done, because literally, I got the papers saying they will close and he somehow got us in for the move the next day, fitting into my buyers schedules. I will use them in the future and I highly suggest that if you have to make a move close or far. This is “the greatest movers to do business with.” Collin, really cares and he is honest. And if you don’t use Iron Tree Relocations, you may be ripped off from the larger corporations. The way they do business at Iron Tree Relocations, is an example of true integrity. They are trustworthy. They are knowledgeable. They are much better than some larger companies, I won’t say names, but the movers I previously used. (Good Greek), somehow they disappeared for 3 hours for a 5 mile move and I had to pay for the 3 hours. This would not happen with Iron Tree. They have genuine work ethics. And as I stated, they go above and beyond and frankly, that’s very rare these days.So…. Use Iron Tree Relocation. They will do what it takes to make your situation work out. They are exceptional, and they did a fantastic job moving our house. The crew's four guys were all extremely helpful and willing. They had a hard day because they had to start unloading the remaining cargo the following day.

I'd like to thank the entire staff for their hard work. I was amazed at how they managed to put everything we possessed into one vehicle. I would definitely recommend them to relatives and friends since they are so helpful, kind, and effective.

The movers were wonderful, and they handled all of my belongings with extreme care. Nothing was damaged. My move was completed earlier than expected because of how quickly they worked. Thanks to Irontree Relocation.

They have great experience and charge significantly less than everybody else. The maneuver itself was very fluid. He was the picture of professionalism—careful, accommodating, cordial, diligent, and just plain gorgeous.

Iron Tree won't return calls or texts. They have my belongings.They were to deliver week ago. I have texted and left messages No return call. I now don't have any underwear uniforms I am a nurse. I have no nursing license no clothes but a few. If I was rich I could just buy more but I am a senior widow with only my income. I haven't worked since Iron Tree picked up my belongings. What did I do to deserve this? I paid half and now I have no bed clothes shoes underwear sheets documents nothing. What did I do wrong? I am a Senior widow. I have suffered enough. I worked all through the Covid gave my best. Why would Iron Tree keep my stuff. They were supposed to meet me in Pensacola right at i10 public storage but they didn't show. They didn't call. Not 1 call ever. Won't return my calls. I am paying for empty storage. Iron Tree does not care about me.tgeybtxed me earlier and blamed me for every one of their unprofessional behavior. I now may have to go back to west palm beach and sit outside of their storage to see if my stuff is there I begged them to please follow through but they replied it was all my fault. They still didn't call to make arrangements to bring my stuff.
