Dropped my phone off for a battery replacement on Sept 26. Technician told me the battery would be in the next day, called the next day they told me the battery did not make it to the store and was in transit it would not make it in until Monday. The following Thursday at 12:10pm I called them to see what's the update with my phone and the guy told me the technician is working on it and will call me in 25mins,still no call. Friday I went for my phone and the guy told me the battery they ordered was not good and they are getting a battery today kmt and usually it takes 3-5 business days to get parts in. Why was none of this every communicated to me upon leaving my phone and on top of their lack of communication I was told I can't get my deposit back because they had already order the battery,a battery that my phone never got! I would not recommend anyone to this place of business again and I will never give them my business AGAIN! Don't even deserve a 1 star!!!!

Service Representative was 3 stars. But the company was not upholding and was less than 1 star. The website was showing one thing . Said they can’t honor what is on their website. Then what they offered was half the price of fair value on the street. The price online was $99 more for same phone I just sold at techycompany.com, which they were very professional and honor what they showed and never once try the bait and switch method. Good luck dealing with them.

Broke my phone on a Saturday night and on Sunday morning at 9am I came here as a first time customer. I was greeted kindly and attended to quickly which was helpful considering I had to go to the airport shortly. He got the job done in under 45 minutes and can’t recommend enough.
