If you're looking for help with your taxes, I do not recommend this branch. This experience has been very stressful from the start. Communicating with Darlene (the tax agent) has been a massive challenge. She would have filed my taxes wrong had I not caught her mistake in time. Perhaps she's overworked or distracted by other things, but regardless, it is not worth the risk of owing money to the IRS due to your tax agent's mistakes.

They not only filed my taxes wrong the first time but they told me that my daughter who is 21 and a FULL TIME STUDENT could not be my dependent and said I owed almost 3k. They filed an addendum and I just got a letter from the IRS saying I still owe the 3k... I want my money back, this is so ridiculous, I paid 140 for my taxes to get filed wrong, they're thieves. Not to mention, last year they also filed my taxes wrong and didn't include my health insurance or the proper forms. If I could give ZERO stars I would, you better believe I'm gonna report this.

Very disappointed with this place! My gf and I came to have our taxes done after seeing prices online for $80. There was no mention of price until after the taxes were done and filed. Once we go up to the Cashier the grand total was a whopping $540!!! Big difference! Again, no one mentioned this until everything was rung up! Grant it, it was 2 filings so $160 would've been the total, still almost 3 times as much is a lot to swallow. I do not recommend this place if this is how they do business! Please just be upfront with the cost and allow the customers to decide if it's worth it or not.

While the return was properly prepared, I found myself somewhat rushed even though I was the only customer in the place. Explanations were brusque with superficial answers. When I asked how much for the services, it was like how much do you want to pay? How much did you pay last year? Not very professional.
