First time client to H&R Block and I had my taxes done the day prior by another rep. I returned to the office with just a question for clarification and the “tax associate” Ian Longsworth was EXTREMELY rude and unprofessional. I can honestly say I’m not very knowledgeable about filing taxes but I just had a question and he made me feel like a complete idiot in the front lobby with a room full of customers. I also work in customer service (very demanding) and I would NEVER make a PAYING customer feel like a question was a stupid question especially if they’re not knowledgeable about the subject. I appreciate Ms. Pam willing to help me but with the interaction I encountered with Mr. Longsworth, I prefer to take my business elsewhere that I’m appreciate, not tolerated. It would have been 1 star but I do appreciate Ms. Pam and the receptionist for their kind assistance.
UPDATE: To the “Owner” the number you provided does not allow for me to speak to a live representative/Support Team. Again, my business will not be with any H&R Block. Have a good day.

The way things going in United States sad that when it come down to tax time you still being robbing being abused even though we pay taxes all our life I think you guys should look at your forms consider the situation of the person and then examine whether this is feasible for that person at least try to do your best to help the person with godless of the color the income status or the health. Thank you guys seriously look at all your policy h&r block supposed to stand for something integrity long and evidence and helpful for people to actually use you.

Michelle Haire (tax advisor) is truly H&R Blocks golden ticket! I truly enjoy coming to see Michele every year to do my taxes, as she puts me to ease quickly. She's lighthearted, kind, and is truly concerned about the outcome of your taxes. A+ customer service!!

If you're looking for help with your taxes, I do not recommend this branch. This experience has been very stressful from the start. Communicating with Darlene (the tax agent) has been a massive challenge. She would have filed my taxes wrong had I not caught her mistake in time. Perhaps she's overworked or distracted by other things, but regardless, it is not worth the risk of owing money to the IRS due to your tax agent's mistakes.
