“Overall, our kids would say it was fantastic and an amazing hotel. While Devin and the manager did their best to make it right, we needed to wait for two hours after the 4pm check-in time. We weren’t given an estimated time and eventually needed to switch rooms.
The food was great and the drinks were wonderful.
Overall, they felt a bit understaffed and the hotel is beginning to show its age (peeling mirrors, dated cabinets, etc). But where it matters, the beds were great. The room was quiet and the lobby was paradise.
Solid 4-stars from me and 5-stars from my kids.
The housekeeping staff was top notch! I think her name was Marcella and she was kind and so helpful.”

“I was looking for a hotel convenient to the West Palm Beach VA Medical Center. Always make a point to stay in Best Western. There were several to choose from that were near the VA so I chose the one that was more reasonably priced. Staff was friendly, helpful, and professional. No complaints about the room. I’ll share doubt the other Best Western more would’ve been any better than yours.”

“Great hotel. Shiny clean inside and out. This place is huge. Very welcoming and professional staff. Large shopping mall right across street. Smaller mall area with great restaurants short walk away. Very nice grounds on a lake. Full bar and restaurant right off lobby. Big pool. Free parking.
Rooms: Very clean, updated rooms.”
