Excellent friendly staff and seems like everyone working there gets along well which made my shipping experience fun and relaxing. The staff was wishing the manager happy birthday which was very sweet. Great selection of items.

Manager, Ahmed, refused my return even though it was in perfect condition because I didn’t have a receipt. He was unprofessional, unreasonable and rude about the entire encounter. Won’t be visiting this HomeGoods ever again.

It's small compared to the ones in Orlando and Kissimmee (The ones I've been since lived there) but wow! It was full of merchandise. Lots of choices. Too bad I couldn't buy the mirror I was specifically looking for The Flip, but they have some nice to choose from. I'll give it a try before I leave the area. I asked an associate for directions and she gladly informed me.

Bill is my favorite. Just met him today and wow, he’s the best. He’s the store manager and has the biggest smile. Love this store, will definitely be back! Great job finding an amazing manager.
