Not only did Mark go above and beyond in time and effort to solve a difficult situation I was having with a long distance transaction but he never became frustrated nor made me feel as if I was anything other than a valued customer worthy of his care. I find that to be very rare in today's retail world. I also appreciated that Mark offered unsolicited invaluable product information and graciously helped me find the best products for my needs. I have frequented dozens of GNC's in dozens of states and none compare to the customer service I received from Mark at Chasewood GNC. “Ideal nutrition has been my meal provider since Feb 2021 and I cannot say enough good things about this service. Fresh meals delivered weekly has been such a time/money/calorie saver for me. The food is always good, customer service is always on point from the agents on the computer/phone to the delivery drivers. I've had zero issues in the last year and a half. I appreciate that they periodically check in with me, and continue to make positive changes- website design, labeling, recipes etc.”

“The gentleman working there was extremely helpful. A close friend of mine recommended a new line of supplements (Glaxon) for me that I now swear by.(see pics). An ancillary benefit of my visit was spotting a small fridge on the way out with home made cauliflower pizza crusts that are phenomenal. I have been trying to eat clean and this makes my life so much easier. I am a label reader and you cannot beat the nutrition on these. I will be going back soon for all three products.”

“I've been buying greens from them for several years. When I learned they do home delivery to my community in Coral Springs, FL, I was super happy. Firstly, their prices on wheatgrass juice are very competitive - much better than WholeFoods. Second, they have sprouted beans - which I cook in my InstantPot pressure cooker. Overall, I am very happy with Universal Living Sprouts, and grateful that they deliver their nutritious good to my home!”
