Really awkward vibes. As we approach the first thing we are greeted with is the security guard saying “you guys are just walking around”…. Yes you’re located in the mall we are just walking around shopping lol went in to look at some Hamilton watches I was eyeing online but after that experience I wouldn’t return.

I have purchased several watches over the years and have always received phenomenal service. Richard at the Gardens location is a class act and extremely knowledgeable and very kind - and Stephen from the Palm Beach location is great to work with and provides awesome customer service! I will definitely continue working with both of them for all my future purchases.

I brought a Tudor in for a possible factory defect. The watch was still under warranty. I was quickly taken care of and reassured that they would handle it. Not only did they do a great job but they got my watch back in 1/2 the estimated time! I was very appreciative!

Zero stars if I could. My fiance and I were just in this store seated by the wedding ring section waiting for someone to help us. Nobody greeted us an an employee was sitting right by us ignoring us an another waiting customer. Two men then walked in and he helped them right away. Manager didn’t care despite us and the other customer complaining. Zero level of customer service!

went in today to have a couple of links added to my Hamilton Ventura watch. was greeted be Meredith Weimar a delightful young lady who handled my problem with the best service I could ask for. she had it done while I waited and 10 minutes later I was on my way home. I can't say enough about the service I received. thanks Meredith.

What more can I say, Hamilton Jewelers has provided the amazing customer service and utmost professionalism one can expect from their Watch and Jewelry buying experience.I want to personally thank Ted for taking the time to make me feel welcome to the store and as a new client since the first moment I walked in over 3 years ago. It’s been a long road of patience while navigating this crazy watch market however they really do care about your business.I’d like to also thank David who would come over shake my hand and chat with me about watches as well. I didn’t get the rest of the names at Hamilton however everyone is genuinely nice there and eager to help you.Highly recommend dealing with them as it restored my faith in customer service as every other dealer network I’ve been to in the past few years has been horrible !Thank you guys again so much and I’m enjoying my new watch so much ?
