Extremely overpriced. The proof of that is there is a lot of the same items still sitting around with dust on them because nobody wants to pay the exorbitant price tag. You get the stuff for free and you price it like you are high-end retail store. I would shop here if the prices were reasonable. I just made a generous offer on an item that was not priced and was told by an employee that it was probably going to be priced higher than my offer. Instead of saying okay that's great we just made 50 bucks on something we got for free, he let me walk out of the store. That's not how you make money for your charity.

Prices are ridiculous for a thrift store, they have new prices for used stuff. Sucks because I love most of these stores and love what they do. But this one is greedy

Very high prices for used materials. In my case I would have save $5 compared to buying brand new, initially and I would have spent more time and money restoring their product. It’s just worth it anymore.

VERY overpriced for donated items. I understand some of the items were high end brands….but they were also 10+ years old. I’ve shopped Restores in several states, and it amazed me how high things were here. The pricing was not consistent. It looked like it depended on the day what the price would be. Zero help when I tried to ask for assistance on items that were not priced. Staff were huddled up talking and playing on their phones. Not sure I will go back.

Went there to buy a mattress and box spring like new, ended up being a mistake on my part because I didn’t realize I actually needed a king! Long story short, the manager was extremely understanding and gave me a refund and the other staff was really nice. I really appreciate their customer service:)

This place isn’t worth going to they make up their own prices. The middle age lady with the black hair calls herself manager does her own thing. She caters to the Latin people and hacks up the prices fir the Americans . I spent 3 hours there just watching listening and asking questions. She very rude and jacks prices for example an item had no price on it so I asked her the amount she said 65..00 each I went back 2 weeks later to see if it was marked down and still no price on it so I went over to her asked her the price again and she looked at me and said 650.00 for each.?really????And this isn’t the first time, my question how do they get away with ripping the customers off. My advice stay away from that dirty smelly ripe off place and HER?

I hate to even leave one star for this store. The management is rude nothing is priced you go in one day it’s $100. The next day is $225. They don’t wanna help the girl behind the counter is beyond rude they just are nasty like they don’t wanna be there or don’t want people coming into the store. Don’t waste your gas go somewhere else.

So we went in to look at a washer. They had a 20% off sale. The price the day before the sale was 225 then we go in for the sale they added 20% to the price of the washer when I said something about it she just simply ignored me. The black girl behind the counter has an attitude, and the Mexican girl is just making up prices as she goes avoid this place

Prices are a little shocking for mostly broken, outdated items. Fridges for $1000 filled with black mold and broken shelves. I’m all for helping folks but they really need to be realistic on pricing the items. Recommend Faith farm.

Prices are stupid high that is if you can figure out the price! I asked two employees what the price was on a tv first one just told me to find it, “it’s on there somewhere in black ink.” I couldn’t find it so I asked a second employee, and he just said “I don’t do prices” and walked away! Just avoid this one unfriendly and unhelpful employees and way out of touch prices!
