The service was fantastic! Sales Associate Jonathan was pleasant, helpful, and never made me feel rushed or pressured to purchase. Lovely experience. I will be going back.

DO NOT SHOP HERE!! Worst customer experience I've ever had in my entire life. The manager was extremely rude because I wanted to exchange a purse I got as a gift for an even more expensive one. She started to scream and treated me UNBELIEVABLE BAD. To the point she stormed out, throwing things on the floor; EVERYONE: customers and employees, were looking at her doing a COMPLETE SHOW. I've been to the Worth Ave store and have had more than a great experience; please go to that store instead of palm beach gardens.And Gucci should rethink what kind of employees they hire because they are representing their brand.

Rude sales staff, customer service not helpful. Got a gift a month ago, exchange has been a nightmare. Now stuck with a $30 gift card that i can only use in store.

This place is very clean and the staff is very knowledgeable with the products. I'm not a fan of the brand itself, but if you do like Gucci than I do suggest you coming to this store

I will NEVER shop at this store ever again!!!. Went here recently to purchase a sandals,and ended up changing my mind after the transaction was already completed & decided to go with something else. Mind you,what I opt for was like $300 more than my original choice. The male SA that did the transaction made a very rude comment about hoping I won’t change my mind again,as if I was bothering him and to which I replied “i might,who knows what else I’ll see that I might like”. I get embarrassed easily,so I walked away and went to the other side of the store because his tone of voice,made me feel as if he was scolding a child.I didn’t realize until I got home a few days later that he hadn’t wrapped my box as he did for another woman who was there whom he referred too as “his favorite”. He just put the box in a bag,and handed it to my husband which made me a bit surprised at how fast it was done. I wish I had seen it,as I would’ve brought it back & get a refund.Mind you,after the first purchase he took the item to the back & was wrapping it up. So why wasn’t it done for my exchange of item as well??!!. Boca Raton & Adventura would NEVER!!!.

The service as always was great. Unfortunately they didn’t have on the area my hat size. I have to wait couple of days to get it but I’m fine with that.

DO NOT SHOP HERE! The entire staff including the store manger at this location needs training on their customer service skills. They are all rude, condescending and unbelievably ignorant.

I came here for the first time and there was a white male staff member who served me in a very bad way he came to ask me from the beginning to the end without a bit of kindness I am a very fast buyer and don't care about the price but because of the His bad service and lies made me cancel everything and get my money back . I love Gucci and I drove 1 hour to get here and what I got was bad service ( I will Never come back and not recommend to anyone )

DO NOT SHOP HERE!! We love Gucci and always have we’ve made purchases from multiple different stores in multiple different States and I have NEVER in my life experienced the utmost rude customer service that i received in this store. The manager is snotty, stuck up, and unbelievably ignorant! I don’t even know how Gucci could allow such a woman to represent their brand!!! Honestly, what a shame!! We will most definitely continue to purchase Gucci because it’s a brand we’ve always loved but never from the Palm Beach Gardens store!! That’s if there still is one after the attorneys get through with them!!

I went in the store to buy a belt. They didn’t have my size or the color I wanted so the lady who was helping me said she would order it. She texted me a few days later stating the belt had came into the store and I could pick it up. I get to the store, pick up the belt and get home to see the belt is the wrong color. I text my sales lady and say the belt is the wrong color and not what I ordered. She apologizes and says she has the color and size in the store and I could come swap it the next day. I go in the next day to switch the belts and I was told “I’m sorry we don’t have that belt in stock in your size” so I would need to order it AGAIN. Meanwhile, the sales lady has an attitude the entire time. This is awful customer service and really terrible for the brand of Gucci. You should experience high level customer service and an experience every-time you step foot in the store. This was completely unacceptable for how much I’m paying for my product and I still have yet to receive it.

me and my brother and friend went to the store to look at belts on 2/8/22 and i was looking at the belt rack deciding which one i want. We were there for about 5-7 minutes and some lady came up to us and said “you guys have been cruising around for a minute now Are you gonna buy something” and i was absolutely disgusted by her statement i have experience in sales and i have never seen or heard anything like that. Maybe shes a miserable girl or something was wrong with her. But the man who helped me out with my size and choose a nice belt for me and even asked if i wanted matching shoes i would give him five stars if i can but i wouldn’t shop there again if i see that woman working there
