Honestly this company is a total sham. They took advantage of my dementia written mother and they sold her coins at $14 over spot. They are ripping off the elderly they're ripping off every single purchaser do not buy from them.

The markets are rife with salespeople looking to make a sale. Past experience had made me very loathe to wade into buying physical gold. Oh yes, paper gold can be had at the click of a mouse. But I recognized I needed to start building a position in physical gold and silver. But with what firm? All the offerings seemed exactly the same; and then the trust factor….would I just get ripped off?These questions weighed on my mind.Somehow, and I don’t know how I got so lucky, but I was fortunate enough to meet Maurice DiMino at GSI Exchange.I did no buying for several months, mind you. I’d call Maurice, email him with questions. He was always the same-extremely courteous, pleasant and treated me as if I was the only customer he had. And I hadn’t bought anything!I recommend Maurice to everyone I can get to listen to me about gold investing.(It’s a tough sell, that’s why I know I’m right). I can’t say enough positive words about GSI, and Maurice in particular. He guides me through every step, calls numerous times to make sure I’ve received my order. It's amazing this company is still open and scamming people. Please search the BBB fraud alert for GSI Exchange and GoogleThe Texas State Securities Board (TSSB) and the Alabama Securities Commission (ASC) issued cease and desist orders against TRUE BULLION LLC DBA GSI EXCHANGE, directing it to shut down illegal operations in Alabama and Texas.The Texas and Alabama orders accuse GSI Exchange of engaging in an illegal advisory scheme involving over $32 million. The scam involves 450 investors many of whom are senior citizens. GSI Exchange allegedly told investors the holdings in their retirement portfolios were high risk and they may lose their assets. GSI Exchange is accused of encouraging these investors to liquidate their securities portfolios and use the proceeds to purchase gold and silver coins to the benefit of GSI through high commissions.“Scams that prey on senior investors are particularly heinous,” said ASC Director Joseph Borg. “Seniors have worked hard all their lives to accumulate wealth and retire comfortably. Someone using scare tactics comes in, convinces them to liquidate and POOF… their retirement dreams are dashed, and they are left with very little.”

I've been a loyal customer of GSI Exchange for some time. Recently, upon hearing more about the impending quantum financial system, I felt the urge to purchase more gold as a precaution. With this intention, I went to my local Navy Federal Credit Union to wire over $50,000. I was quite taken aback when the bank representative inquired about my intentions with the money and later expressed her reservations about GSI Exchange after conducting a quick online search.However, with Anthony Allen Anderson, the managing member of GSI Exchange, stepping in, my concerns were quickly alleviated. He assured both the bank representative and me about the integrity of the transaction and even provided the necessary paperwork to allay the bank's concerns.Subsequently, when I realized I needed $25,000 for property renovations, Anthony was nothing short of fantastic. He promptly processed my request to cancel half of my gold order and managed to wire me the funds I needed in a very short span of time.From my experience, GSI Exchange has showcased unparalleled professionalism, trustworthiness, and customer service. In a world where it feels like the traditional banking system is becoming increasingly restrictive, GSI Exchange offers a reliable and trustworthy alternative. I've had nothing but positive experiences with them and wholeheartedly recommend their services. I certainly will be returning to them in the future.

Professional, Friendly, Honest, ServiceI've been working with GSI the past couple of years because I was not well versed in buying gold or silver. The senior account executive I spoke with, Braedon Young, really took his time to explain a lot about the market and how it worked, as opposed to others that seemed just in a big hurry. I have purchased with them now 3-4 times and have always been impressed with the quality of metals but mostly with their sense of concern and honesty with what would be best for me. This experience was my first attempt in purchasing precious metals. The GSI team, with Maurice D. as the point person, were knowledgeable, patient and assisted me all the way. My phone calls were always answered in a timely manner. Ample time was allowed for me to conduct my own research. All of my questions and concerns were addressed professionally and courteously with thorough explanations!I will continue to use Maurice and GSI to build a solid potfolio and be better prepared for the challenges that may lie ahead.

GSI Exchange has been my source for buying precious metals for several years, not only because of their integrity, but also because of their family of people who make up the company; all, no matter in what department, are knowledgeable, capable, competent and most courteous, a rarity, indeed!Anthony Anderson and James Lefebre are true gurus in the field of precious metals. Impressively, they aim to educate the consumer, not just sell to the consumer- again, a rarity!My many interactions with GSI Exchange mostly have been with James Lefebre, a genuine and sincere person. I cannot recommend anyone more highly to assist with purchasing precious metals. He is most knowledgeable and helpful in answering any and all questions or concerns. Being somewhat of a newbie to buying precious medals, I first did my homework on metals and collectable coins and then searched for a highly rated company to do business with. I decided on GSI Exchange and was fortunate to speak with Maurice DiMino who kindly answered my questions and schooled me in making a satisfying investment in gold and silver. I never felt pressured and trusted Maurice as a knowledgeable guide who had my best interest in mind. Since our first chat a couple years ago, I have made additional purchases and have even recommended GSI and Maurice to family members who now have a similar confidence in him. I highly recommend GSI, Maurice and his efficient and friendly staff.
