I have been a loyal customer of the Gulfstream Goodwill locations for years. I spend at least $100 a week on average. I’ve always bragged about how much better these are compared to Broward but these days are over. They are under new ownership and it’s clear that they will be greedy. Palm Beach county is blessed to have a lot of wealthy people that DONATE to GW but many of us are not wealthy and we count on thrifting to get deals. They got rid of the membership program which I can understand and added a half off color of the week. BUT THE PRICES are back to being insane like they were years ago before they started the $5.99 clothing. I was in one day when they were doing orange half off color and I literally saw management pulling orange items from the racks to send to another location. You can still get clothing for 5.99 but so much is the cheap brands and stained! I will now patiently wait until the new ownership sees the error of their ways. The wealthy people in PB are not the ones shopping here. When you don’t sell items they end up in a landfill. Your greed will push away your loyal customers. I am now enjoying all the new thrift stores I have found with fair pricing until you learn from your mistakes and get your pricing back in line. When that happens….and it will…then I will perhaps revisit.

This Goodwill was my favorite in this area. Had so much selection very well organized. Just went there after not being there for a few months, and what a huge disappointment! Store was completely rearranged with barely any inventory and was a hot mess! Apparently there are new owners, and they destroyed that location! Shame on you !

Let me start with saying this store is stinky and dirty. I came here at a little after 9:00 am today. When you buy stuff here you can not return or exchange them like other stores, and the cashier was very rude and telling me this. Literally left for about 10 min, product hasn't even been removed from the bag. There receipts does not say no refund or exchanges on it, nor is this any visible signs during check out posted, so I don't understand what's the big deal. The customer service is a joke and I will never come back to this location.

Goodwill has gotten way too expensive. They put everything online and give the garbage to the stores. They are definitely a for profit organization and are making money hand over fist from online sales. It's really a shame. I won't shop there anymore.

There is an old short man works there. He was very rude and unprofessional. Took a brand new item out of my hands, said "it's not for sale", and took it to the back, probably put it for himself or his relatives! Just unbelievable!!! I was shocked!

This Goodwill is located just west of Interstate 95 on the south side of the street. The sign on the marquee says, "boutique" and "donation center". The store is large, clean, and organized. The majority of the store is clothing. And of that, there's much more women's clothes than men's or kids. We browsed the whole store easily. Aisles are wide enough and categories of clothing, etc. are clearly marked. We didn't buy much here. We came looking for some pajamas for an upcoming pajama party. But I always browse the bric a brac in case I can find an addition cup to match my diner style coffee mugs, among other things. Their prices weren't bad. We've shopped more expensive Goodwill stores before. However, they were more than Salvation Army and other local thrifts, but we were in the area, and it was a convenient stop. We certainly wouldn't go out of our way to come here, but if passing by, we just might -- as stock at these places changes frequently.

Where do they take all the nice stuff? I have been there donating when people drop off great clothes and good furniture. It NEVER makes it to the floor

Worst run goodwill in our area. Dirty and employees escape at any sign of work.

Horrible management. They do not do any simple due diligence, lazy, rude and exploitative pricing for goodwill.

I am sorely disappointed with Palm Beach County Goodwills. I would go every week to the Goodwill and always find things to bring home until recently. Not .only have they raised their prices there is very little in the stores. Luckily Goodwills in other counties I visited have filled the gap.
