I understand it’s not easy selling sneakers and you need the patience of a saint. I have been at this particular store numerous times and even though you have to wait a few minutes the sales help have been very polite, very professional, and very patient. So I do recommend this store.

I’ve purchased shoes at Fit2Run twice and both times was completely misguided by the sales associates promoting the wrong shoe. The most recent shoe I purchased actually worsened an injury to the point of needing an MRI after the sales associate personally vouched for the shoe being exactly what I was looking for.Both times the sales associates didn’t have the correct information on returns as a member and I got stuck with a store credit and now a gift card. The store associate even acknowledged that the owners change the policies so frequently, they can’t keep up or properly communicate changes.As others have flagged, it’s frequently understaffed and you end up standing around waiting to be helped.I won’t be back to this store. I don’t trust the staff to make correct recommendations and don’t trust the owners to honor their policies. Will stick to ordering my shoes directly from the brand.UPDATE: After being stuck with a gift card, I ordered shoes that need to be returned. Have emailed twice and reached out by phone with no response. Tried to go in store and no one was available to help. This is the most frustrating company and no surprise at the other bad reviews.

They really need a zero stars option. I went with the full intention of walking out with a pair of $150-$200 shoes, but it took 10 minutes before anyone even asked if i needed help. Then the same person disappeared in the stock room for another 10 minutes plus so I left the store. You really need to hire employees that even pretend to care and want to do their job. It would be better if you just left boxes with different sizes for your customers to help themselves. Poorly managed store.

Shay helped me yesterday to find a shoe that was perfect for me! She was patient and listened, asked follow up questions and pulled multiple options for me with a smile on her face the whole time. It is refreshing to see employees who are happy to be at work, she deserves praise for this. Fit2run- please allow customers to order shoes in the color and size they want to the store so your employees can receive credit for the purchase! I found the shoes I want but your store did not have the color I wanted, so I had to order on the shoe manufactuer website instead. Ask for Shay at Fit2run for a pleasant experience!

Would never support this store again.Staff unwilling to help and very un informed on what their store policy actually is and how it works. The manager refused to honor what her employee told me on how the membership worked.I will now make it my mission to inform people not to support the store

What a ripe off. Even thought I asked to be sized the staff did not. . When I bought back the shoes with in the 30days. Never have worn I was told I could not get back the membership $30. Ripe off. No one told me the $30 was not refundable..Beware. poor customer service

This was honestly one of my best experiences at a store. I never write reviews but I felt so comfortable and relaxed there. The lady who helped me was so chill and overall nice that I didn’t feel pressured to get anything or rush. I wish I asked for her name bc it was the best experience I had in a store.

Stores really want you to go online. Two workers all over the store Better off on line because you can return when you used them ( limited time) by going to manufactures site. Eg Hoka. You cannot tell a good fit unless you use them not just trying them on. So why bother at a store?

I made my first purchase from here one week ago. I bought two pairs of shoes and was told about the 30 day return policy ( even if worn they can be returned). They conveniently never mentioned needing to keep the boxes. I tried returning the shoes and they won’t return them without the boxes even though they’re being thrown away after I leave. Terrible customer service.

What a rip off. I buy shoes and told you can return them within 30 days. Bring them back after wearing them inside for a few hours. I am told by the manager you can’t return them and that they don’t allow returns. But if you join our club, you can return for another pair. I return a more expensive pair for a lesser pair and I don’t get a credit or refund. I will never go back. That was bait and switch.

BROUGHT SHOES THAT WERE NOT COMFORTABLE IN 1 WEEK. TRIED THEM ON IN HOUSE. NEVER WORE THEM OUTSIDE. HAD RECEIPT AND BOX. MANAGER CLAIMED THAT I Could only receive store credit. Did not want to honor the membership which clearly states 30 days returns if not happy

HiAm fatima from Abudhabi, last week i came to shop and i bought 3 on runing shoes for gift, unfortunately one shoes become wrong size (each pair diffrent size) now am back to Abudhabi if there any way to send to me the correct pair i will be thank
