Zach M. had the patience of a Saint, and greatly helped me with a time-sensitive item. He obtained answers for me from specialists if he didn't already have the answer, and he did have a lot of knowledge individually. I always felt comfortable and taken care of. Thank you Fidelity for hiring folks like Zach M., and thank you Zach!

Great firm, low cost structure, and exceptional service... Only wish brick & mortar branches accepted cash deposits.

No one ever answers the phone. You show up and are treated like you dont exist until you show them a big fat check then they turn into the fakest nice people ever.

Went there to make deposit to my IRA plan. No one is there in person. Only a person on a computer screen. Don't feel safe leaving money in a drop box that anyone can reach into or steal. Beneficiary info was wrong on my accounts and they want me to do everything online instead of going in and showing correct info to a person to fix it.Other places pay more than the .01% interest that they are paying on the cash that I have in my account and have higher rate CDs. My regular bank has been open for full service since the pandemic for lobby and drive in. Fidelity brokers keep sending me emails to review accounts since I have been keeping a large balance in cash account since taking profits on stocks. I made enough to never have to work again and don't want to risk losing it but they only have phone appointments during business hours during weekdays when I am working and don't have in person hours on weekends.

I have been investing for over 40 years and would like to share some important information with you regarding Fidelity Investments. we have had accounts with them for the last 7 years. They are unprofessional. Never return any phone calls, are dismissive and rude. never follow up with investment accounts. Constantly change employees to name just a few of the constant issues i have with them. i am liquidating and closing all of my accounts and will never recommend Fidelity investments !!i rarely write reviews however Fidelity has prompted these actions.

Note: Fidelity has the ability to limit your trades. I.E. not allow you to trade certain securities where e-trade and others do not limit. Also, Regarding transfers from bank accounts into Fidelity accounts; takes 1 day for the funds to be withdrawn from your account, but 4 days for you to access those funds on fidelity site. Note: you are able to trade with those funds but not able to do anything else with them until 4 days.Posting this as i wish i knew before opening my account with them.
