Immediately upon entering the store I was greeted with exceptional customer service, asking if I would like a bottle of water or an espresso. Both of the females in the store were attentive and friendly, offering to put the items in my hands in a fitting room and asking if I needed any help. While they were attentive, they were not "pushy" salespeople which is a huge plus for someone like me. The store itself has a lot of great clothing options at reasonable boutique prices. I appreciate that the tags on majority of the items state "try me on" and "i'm not returnable". This made it clear that the store had a policy about returns. I also love that they do a 10% back promo where you get 10% back of your sale in a dollar amount to be used for a future purchase. Keep in mind - those "points" if you will, can only be used within 2 weeks. Great way to get you back in and shopping, plus, they get shipments of new items twice a week. This was my first time shopping here and I will definitely shop here again. Shoutout to Courtney for being so helpful, friendly, and attentive!

Bought a dress that I unfortunately did not try on in the store that is too small. I tried calling them to see if I can exchange for the right size or different item. But was told I was a week out of the policy so they won't do anything for me. So now im stuck with a dress that I can not wear. Horrible customer service. Do not shop here!!!!

First time here and the customer service is poor couple of high schoolers who work here and don’t pay attention to customers the laziness that I saw today is sad also very judgmental girls here.

This store's clothes are not good quality. It fell apart the first time I wore it and I went in to talk to a manager and they just apologized saying there was nothing they could do. I understand I can't refund a broken or damage good but how am I supposed to want to shop somewhere or recommend this to someone else when my first time in it rips and I have to sew it back for two more spots to tear?! Lazy management and pretty but poor quality. Not worth it. Spend the money elsewhere.

Manager was very helpful. I went back and had a good experience. She knew her clothing style and I bought a few summer outfits that were well fitted.Definitely would recommend this boutique as they appreciate their customers and go to lengths to accommodate customers to help them find what they need to suit their wardrobe.

Great Costumer ServiceI visited the store yesterday she was about to close, but she wait about 15 min and help me to find what i was looking for, Joc from Palm Beach Gardens location also call the another store to help me to find the size of a dress that I like, she called me and also sent me a text in the morning letting me know that the other location had the size i was looking for.Nice Job! Joc

I walked in and wasn’t greeted. I browsed for a few moments and was never asked if I needed any help. A white woman who came in moments after me was greeted with a smile and attended to immediately.

What an amazing experience! From the moment I stepped in until I left it was nothing but the best customer service. Emily greeted me and offered me some water. She helped me pick the perfect outfit for an event and offered to call another location to see if they had other sizes. Thanks again Emily!!
