I REALLY hate to leave bad reviews. Especially for local businesses. I needed a simple embroidery done and went into their store on Northlake a few days ago. It is right down the street and I was excited to find a local place. First, when I called I felt like I was bothering the person who picked up when I asked a couple of questions. Everyone has their off days and I understand that, so I still wanted to go in and talk to them. But when I went in that day, the two women working the store said the simple embroidery that I wanted to have done was impossible. They really didn't seem like they were willing to try or even listen to me. It was a solid no off the bat. It's OK if you can't fill a customer's request - but they made me feel like I was d*** for even asking. Long story short - I called another local embroidery shop on Indiantown in Jupiter. The kind woman at that location was able to do what I asked without hesitation so I know that it wasn't such a ridiculous request. I just felt very disrespected and disappointed in my experience.

Definitely recommend this business. They just recently did our office uniforms and they look AMAZING!!!! Noelle was great and did a rush job for me on such short notice!! Thanks Embroidme for the new look. SmartMED.
