  Terrible customer service, refused to call me only text or email....would not check why my new rates were so high. Was rude when I called into the office. I switched offices and saved money and had great customer service.

  Agent was very condescending, refused to answer my question until asked to clarify multiple times, and hung up with no greetings after I thanked them. This is not the first time they've been rude, I remember this agency has been rude for as long as I was insured with Statefarm.

  Very nice people and virtually non-existent roadside assistance.I use the service four times and each time was over five hours of waiting. Disorganized, change of tow truck, hours, and hours of messages and five hours later they show up at 2 AM in the morning.For a single teacher with no cash, they are the worst.
