My husband and I met Dennis Ferry when we looked at a home in Villa d’Este that had an open house. He was the seller’s agent.We were losing confidence in our own agent at the time (who was supposedly, but actually not well-informed about community; for example, we wanted a home with a gas range. Our former agent wasn’t even aware that the lanterns on every home in Villa d’Este were gas lamps, so every house does have a gas line to access for appliances inside. Dennis Ferry pointed this out to us). We hit it off immediately so well with Dennis because of his vast knowledge and sparkling personality that we decided to 86 our agent and hire him.Dennis lives in Villa d’Este and has served on the Board for many years, so he is very knowledgeable about all the details and residents here. He found us our new home, has referred several contractors he personally has used successfully, and keeps us in the know. I can’t thank Dennis enough for helping me when I first moved to the Palm Beach area last year. I didn’t know where to start my search while looking for a place. Heck, I didn’t even know anyone down here. I met Dennis at a local dealership and we struck up a conversation. First off I would like to say WHAT A GREAT GUY!
