This is hands down the WORST CVS I HAVE EVER GONE TOO! Tonight I had a return with a receipt for 2 of my items which she processed without a problems as she should have.. My third item was a gift from my Mom, no receipt and she told me she would not return it. It was in the original packaging, unopened. I asked WHY and she replied because she did not have my Mom's Driver's License. I said I could supply mine and then she reluctantly proceeded with the refund.After that terrible experience I proceeded to the Pharmacy to pick up a prescription. It is 10 til 7 when I arrived at the counter. Important NOTE - Pharmacy closes at 7. The girl behind the counter located my prescription, shared with me the price and when I told her I had Good RX which was $20.00 less expensive she asked for me to come back tomorrow. I asked WHY and she said that it would take her 10-15 minutes to process the Good RX price.....I said I was willing to wait. It literally took her 3 minutes to come back up and check me out.I WILL NEVER SET FOOT IN THIS POORLY RUN CVS EVER AGAIN!!!! I HONESLTY WISH I WOULD HAVE RECORDED THESE ENCOUNTERS BECAUSE THEY ARE ACTAULLY WORSE THAN WHAT I HAVE SHARED.

Avoid CVS for prescriptions, they will tell you your insurance doesn't approve a prescription so that you will pay out of picket while your insurance has stated they never attempted to submit the prescription. They will refuse to try and contact your insurance as well. Contacting corporate doesn't do anything. Beware of bad practices that will cost you financially

I just visited this CVS. The cashier wanted to charge me 2.30 for a Post Card. Voiding the sale in the cash register was a challenge. She was extremely unfriendly.

Store hours clearly say they are open until 10 pm. I’m standing at a door that won’t open, no one is in sight, there’s no explanation on the door?! I drove here because online hours said it was open too. Unprofessional- no explanation on door.

We've been customers for over 15 years and happy with their pharmacy services. All their pharmacists do a good job dealing with all the insurances and doctors they have to deal with. They have to fill an amazing amount of meds every day but they still manage to get to everyone in line pretty quickly.

Sunday May 1st, 2022 at 2:30 p.m. Customer Service at this location really needs to improve. Just left the pharmacy without using it's services because of such terrible customer service. I asked the CVS woman at the photo section if they did passport pictures. She continued texting on her cel phone without even looking at me. I asked for a second time and she looked at me while still texting and her tone of voice indicated that she was been disturbed. I asked a third time and she asks me back what I want. I ask if they do passport pictures and finally answers with a simple yes looking down on her cel phone and texting again. I asked her for the price of the passport pictures and she raised her voice to let me know the price and once again her body language indicated that she was being inconvenienced. I expressed to her that her customer service skills needed to improve and she rolled her eyes and yelled back that she didn't care. I left the pharmacy and I will take business somewhere where customers are appreciated.

Horrible service. And what is really funny, when I told girl at the prescription counter that this Pharmacy is not working very well, she started arguing with me saying that it did work very well. Obviously she doesn't even understand that she is not in position to decide whether it's working well, it's up to the customers like me.
