This particular CVS is a gem! Very clean, organized and fully stocked. Staff is terrific too! Beats another cvs that is nearby. Also prefer over sleep Walgreens!

Picked up an antibiotic for my two year old and when I got home it said to take 3 ml but it was a bottle of powder. When I called, they said “oh we were supposed to mix that.” After driving all the way back because of their mistake, not a single person apologized. They acted like I was an inconvenience. Horrible customer service. No professionalism.

I've been a faithful customer of CVS for decades. Yesterday, I was a recipient of unusual courtesy and assistance by "Roz" at CVS at 11000 No. Military Trail in Palm Beach Gardens, Fl. Without my asking, she observed I needed assistance and immediately came to my rescue TWICE with a sweet, kind attitude and smile and made sure I was completely satisfied with a complete understanding of my transactions. Other pharmacies offer same or similar products and services but it is employees like Roz who cement relationships and keep customers returning to CVS. She should be recognized by the company in some special way.

This location pharmacist has extremely bad service. They don’t care if you are waiting on the line if you call them for help they will tell you wait a minute but that never finish almost everyone in the pharmacy are extremely rude.

After spending my Saturday afternoon in an emergency dental office, pharmacy tech James made sure I got my medication right away and was very pleasant and polite, as a former tech I know how much stress they’re under so I appreciate his patience and promptness!

Please stop allowing dogs in your stores are you aware that some people are allergic? Dog dander, saliva, and hairs around food items are dangerously disgusting. Dogs can carry ticks and toxins that people should not be in close contact with! If you allow dogs in your beds and salivating at your dinner tables enjoy but keep them in your houses please! How rude and totally offensive!

The lead pharmacy tech (Audrey or Hailey) is always so unhappy, unfriendly, and overall unpleasant. (Dirty blonde hair in a pink tail).It doesn't matter how hard I try (or others), she is so stoic with a mean look and smug attitude.Every time, for years now, same thing. It's the holiday season, smile once in a while.I honestly hope that you find joy.

my young, baby (31/2 year old ) son received X received an rx that was for blood pressure of an old man. good thing his PARENTS paid attention! *** this is but one 1 of the screw ups of these people ~ if I could leave a zero, I would.

I have been in this store twice since moving here. I have never been to a store with such great customer service. Everyone is very friendly and wanting to help. So very impressed!

I went directly to the pharmacy to get my updated covid booster because its closer to my house even though i hate this CVS pharmacy. I was greeted with "I don't think we take walk ins:..someone else says yes they do. They had no one wating for vaccines. I give them my insurance info and after the guy does all of the computer entry he says something to the female pharmacist..she tells me they don't take Blue Cross & blue shield PPO and that the shot will cost me $200!!!! CVS doesn't take the largest insurance in the state of Fl?!! So I walked over to publix & got it for FREE! This particular CVS has ALWAYS been a problem for 17 years!! The staff is rude all of the time. Go to another CVS or Walgreens! Avoid avoid avoid!
