Absolutely top notch. Old fashion customer service. All window screens replaced and a grinding, sticking slider repaired and now operates like new, even though Sean said a part was missing. Don’t know how he did it, but he did!! Would be 10 star rating if that was an option. Highly recommended.

I highly recommend Curly Tail Window and Screen company. As a family owned business, Sean was prompt, professional and very knowledgeable when he came to the house to measure for new screens. Absolute delight! That's the only word I can use to describe my feeling today after Sean completed installation of our screen door. In 2023, it is a very rare feeling that you get after dealing with a vendor. Curly Tail Screen & Window, LLC have been a pleasure to deal with right from the word go. Very efficient in providing a quote, processing our order, scheduling delivery & installation was accomplished by Kristen & Sean with utmost professionalism. Even the smallest request that I had made (viz. plugging the holes from our earlier screen door) was attended to in the most aesthetic way by Sean. Our 30-year-old sliding door was in need of some care, and Curly Tail was up to the task. They came out right away to give us an estimate and a short time later the doors were sliding silently and easily and we were asking ourselves why we didn't get them fixed years ago.
