NOOOOOO! Do not ever fall into this scam not even for a free guest pass. They will make you sign a contract and then you will never have a way to cancel. You can't cancel via app, You can't cancel via phone, You can't cancel via email, You can't cancel via website. If you try to cancel in person they will make you go in circles. If you do not cancel the day you are supposed to they will make you pay the complete next year (which you do not plan to go) . I still don't know how this scam is able to happen. This is worse than a Ponzi scheme. Stay away #scam #fraud #crunchfitnessscam

If you can find a different gym, go to that.. even if it’s far because trust me when I say it’s worth the drive !! They all have terrible attitudes here which sucks because one of the trainers is really sweet, the operation manager is the rudest but I’m sure you can tell by the other reviews. It’s crazy that she hasn’t been fired considering how rude she is. I can see why the front desk people are so rude.. they must of learned the customer service from her.I’d say throw away the whole team and find new employees, including the management team

Very bad experience . My wife and I decide to join this Gym and we got the free online pass Which is a hoax. After we arrived we were greeted by a lady at the front desk I told her we did the online 1 day pass. We had intentions to sign up after workout all we wanted is ONE DAY PASS as is post online. Seems like the rep or her manager did not like that. the wanted me to sign up right away. She went a few times to speak to someone and came back and said the online pass address did not match so I said not problem I gave her the address that I use online. Normally I use my PO BOX. She went back and later she said my address on my DL is from orlando so it is $15 dollars if you want to workout. It was so disappointed because I do sales as well but the experience was very poor I would not recommend anyone to sign up this gym and if you do so join online it is too much hassle at the front desk and the 1 day pass is all false do not believe it. It is just a hook and it is not free it is $15

Place itself is ok a bit loud sometimes but be aware that you can never cancel your membership unless you lie and tell them you’re moving overseas. I made countless of trips to the gardens location I spend 3 months trying to get them to close my account and they keep saying they need to take one more payment out. And that’s after the 3 month minimum policy. Which they will tell you that you can cancel anytime after the 3 months lies lies lies… I stopped all payments and they still refused to close it and say they will send me to collections if I don’t pay.thats not right. My friend is going through the same darn thing with them. Well go ahead. I’m file a complaint to BBB BURO AND THE ATTORNEY GENERAL.
And my plan was supposed to be $34.34 they started charging me that then they changed it to $49.44 without my knowledge.
If you don’t want the headache from them DON’T SIGN UP. My credit card company put a stop payment and they still went through even them couldn’t understand it. Now the credit card company is file a dispute against them on my behalf

I went in due to a friend recommending we try a month to month to see if we liked the gym. I signed up paid $60 up front for the month to month membership which had a no cancellation penalty. After three or four visits we didn't like how crowded it was so I went in to cancel the membership. The manager was a complete jerk in his early 20’s and lied straight to my face and said I signed up for three months. I showed him my CC statements to prove he was wrong. He couldn’t pull up anything about my membership. He refused to cancel it. We paid total $120 for three days in the gym.
On top of that they recently sent the account to collections over a supposed $100 bill that is now 240$ in collections. This company acts in bad faith and lies to members when they sign up. I will be filing a lawsuit against Crunch and anyone who would like to join me is welcome. I will spend thousands just to stop this evil company from harassing and threatening people over a simple $15 a month membership.

DO NOT SIGN UP FOR MEMBERSHIP. THEY MAKE IT IMPOSSIBLE TO CANCEL.Trying to cancel my Crunch membership has been a huge hassle. Their sales pitch is deceiving and the contract is predatory. To cancel, you have to give 30 day notice, pay for a month you won’t use, and go in person to cancel. When I signed up, I used a card that I had to cancel. Instead of cancelling the membership like most subscriptions, they charged my account and extorted 107 dollars out of me. Then to cancel, I have to go in person. It’s all ridiculous.I will never sign up for crunch again. I’ll just workout at a gym that cares about its customers.

I am a licensed medical professional in the state of Florida, and can administer medical services without a drivers license, but I can’t get into crunch fitness as a returning guest without a drivers license? Is this the airport? I even offered to show photo identification of myself and my drivers license, and, my badge, but was not allowed as a guest in crunch without a physical drivers license. There is no way that this is legal. 0/10 service.

Great location. I hired Louis to get my strength back a month ago and I feel amazing. Louis focuses on form and mind muscle connectivity, pushes you through your set like a veteran coach. For people like me, I need that. Every workout he takes me to failure and the results are already there. Highly recommend him if you're ready for a change. Thanks Louis!

Joining crunch has not only saved my life, but allowed my the opportunity to love myself againI have been training with Gaby C. for about 3-4 months now, and I have never seen so much improvement in myself in such a short period of time. She pushes me to places I never thought I would go, and having her as a mentor and coach has changed my life. If you ever have the opportunity to, I recommend training with GabyI love crunch!!!

I like coming here to workout. I am appalled with how predatory the staff is for you to sign up for personal training. When I started going, staff would come up to me asking if I’m interested in personal training or tell me the benefits about it. The staff even has the audacity to call AND text me about it. I told them I can’t afford it and they will keep asking you everytime you go to work out, and bring out that paper. I ended up getting a trainer once a week. I’ve gotten gaslight everytime I tell them I can’t continue after my three months. it’s a three month commitment, please keep this in mind when they harass you that it’s a range of $60 for 30 minutes. My trainer even asked me “why?” I can’t continue and gasIight me saying I could afford it. I even had to explain my financial situation. everytime that I came here because my old gym was expensive and I am paying MORE HERE THAN I WAS AT MY OLD GYM!!!! I regret signing up in the first place, I’m keeping my headphones on over their loud music so they don’t try to upsell me when I’m simply trying to get my workout done.
