It's always a long wait to get flat tires fixed at Costco. But, I made an appointment today to get a low tire pressure alert checked out. It was literally two and a half hours for them to tell me that they couldn't fix it and to put the spare on. I'm not sure what the point of an appointment is???

I had to get 4 new tires for my Mercedes and the guys at Costco was awesome. Less that one hour I was on my way home. Great price and great service!

Pizza Slices. EXCELLENT. A positively profuse amount of Cheese on 2 large Slices. The Pepperoni Slice tasted even better than the Cheese Slice just because of the one Topping. Some people frown upon COSTCO'S Pizza even considering it not genuine. I can tell you that most Pizzeria Slices can't even match the tastiness of COSTCO'S Pizza. RECOMMEND.

Today 2/19/24 I got my tire fixed thanks to the northlake staff. Coming all the way from RPB, where I was told over the phone that the only Cotsco tire center with walk-in service was this one . For my surprise, I was notified by the staff that all tire centers are able to take walk-in appt. Very UPSETTING ? due to the long driving with terrible weather.

Never had a problem here. Good service in every department once in store. Calling by phone is almost impossible.

The main Costco for the WPB area. Not too out of the way for locals and close enough to the highway for travelers. Their gas station is unfortunately still two pumps per row, which is outdated.

THEY DO NOT ANSWER THE PHONE, THIS IS INCREDIBLE!!!!!! I have an online order already paid and I haven't been able to schedule the tire installation, because they do not answer. Do not waste your time here. I would have rather paid more money at Pep Boys but I would already have my tires installed. This is ridiculous

Slow, slow, slow. Took an hour and a half to check for a nail in the tyre and work out they could not repair it, then a week to get a new tire. Did not call to confirm receipt of the tyre as promised. Then an hour late to replace one tyre, despite numerous promises they were just finishing up. General employee (Sheldwn) attitude is extremely poor.

Came in with a nail in my tire and needed a patch an hour and a half before they were supposed to close. They turned me away because they claimed they "weren't taking any more walk ins for the day." Not sure how a tire service can turn you away for a patch that takes all of 10 minutes, but I'll never come here again.

This was my first visit to this location in a while. We went to the one in Kendall (Miami) on a fairly regular basis up until we moved away about 2 years ago. We still go to the one in Rochester MN where we have our summer home. I've never seen anything like this location in PBG. The lines were all the way down the aisles to the opposite end of the store. On a Monday morning! After waiting half an hour in line and getting up towards the front, they opened a couple of more cashier lines. People started coming into those without waiting in any of the existing lines. Some of the people around me started yelling and even though there was a Costco employee right there, he refused to do anything about it. It was so packed, it was hard to navigate around to shop. Worst of all, the main two things I went there for, that I can usually only find at Costco, this location didn't have. There's no sense putting myself through the aggravation of shopping here, if they don't even have what I want (and can easily find at other Costco locations). I will say the check-out guys were super nice and helpful.

Where do I start first? From lack of communication to ineptitude.. they never answer the phone and they never ordered my tires from placing the initial order 5 days ago. Waited for over a week to change my tires. Called to tell me while changing my tires they broke the hub cap and that’s a common problem. No excuse!
