Pizza Slices. EXCELLENT. A positively profuse amount of Cheese on 2 large Slices. The Pepperoni Slice tasted even better than the Cheese Slice just because of the one Topping. Some people frown upon COSTCO'S Pizza even considering it not genuine. I can tell you that most Pizzeria Slices can't even match the tastiness of COSTCO'S Pizza. RECOMMEND.

Never had a problem here. Good service in every department once in store. Calling by phone is almost impossible.

The main Costco for the WPB area. Not too out of the way for locals and close enough to the highway for travelers. Their gas station is unfortunately still two pumps per row, which is outdated.

my wife likes to shop at costco but i don't for many reasons, they never have all the registers open even when people are 7-8 deep in line the parking lot is way to small very difficult to find a spot close to the store, i preferr to shop at sams club because tthe check out lines are alway short because the manager keep enough registeras opened, plus if the lines start to back up they will send someout with a scanner to checkout you order before you even get to the register, smart manager. i don't understand the pbg costco the parking lot is too small and checkout lines are always long yet they still added on to the building this year why not spend a litttle money and bring in enough cashiers to man all the registers when the line start to back up. i must admitt costco has done an excellent joh with thier self check out lines, that section works very well. as for thier gas station the peole there in the morning are great and always eager to help . i go at 6 in the morning and i can drive right up to a pump any problems the attendent is always eager to help. much better than the attendants at sams club in wpb. on rare occasions i have gone to costco's station at a very busy time and found that the pump speed does not slow up when all pumps are running at once.

This elderly lady needed help at the pharmacy. Her membership card was stolen and the woman at the cash register could care less telling her to go stand in line and wait. Poor lady could barely walk. She couldn't afford her meds so I told her to get a goodrx card that would help. Costco cashier said that wouldn't work. Would so!!!! She made me step back, nasty like, because I was helping this poor old lady. Karma works. Hope she gets old and people treat her like she treats people. Costco needs to look how their employees treat people and fire them.

This was my first visit to this location in a while. We went to the one in Kendall (Miami) on a fairly regular basis up until we moved away about 2 years ago. We still go to the one in Rochester MN where we have our summer home. I've never seen anything like this location in PBG. The lines were all the way down the aisles to the opposite end of the store. On a Monday morning! After waiting half an hour in line and getting up towards the front, they opened a couple of more cashier lines. People started coming into those without waiting in any of the existing lines. Some of the people around me started yelling and even though there was a Costco employee right there, he refused to do anything about it. It was so packed, it was hard to navigate around to shop. Worst of all, the main two things I went there for, that I can usually only find at Costco, this location didn't have. There's no sense putting myself through the aggravation of shopping here, if they don't even have what I want (and can easily find at other Costco locations). I will say the check-out guys were super nice and helpful.

Tire installation was 100% AWFUL. I ordered online. They pestered me for an appointment. They couldn't find the tires after I made an appointment. 30 minutes to find them. Then after 2 hours they tell me "they can't install them" ???

First experience ordering a major appliance (fridge/freezer) from Costco. Order was placed via their website and follow up calls to confirm, appointment setting etc. was perfect. Delivery arrived exactly as scheduled. Unfortunately, their third-party delivery "team" included one guy that struggled with English and another guy or two that stood around. The chief communicator first advised he had nothing to protect the floor. We found a moving blanket and only then did the one of the "team" discover they actually did have something to protect the floor. Really? Long story short; the spokesman spent the next 15 minutes advising us of all the things they won't do such as attach the existing ice maker waterline, no responsibly for any damage, wasn't sure it would fit, on and on. He did suggest leaving the new fridge in the middle of the kitchen and calling a plumber and additionally someone else to install the fridge. Wasn't long before we had enough and sent them on their way. We called and cancelled with Costco without a problem. Bottom line, purchased the item at the same published price from a local supplier, namely Rosner's Appliances. Their installers were prompt, thorough, friendly and did a complete job along with some verbal guidelines and suggestions. It was clear this wasn't their first rodeo. Stick with Costco for cheap hot dog lunches, rotisserie chickens and a lifetime supply of M&M's.

I was just at the north lake location at the customer service desk. I just wanted to update address and ask for my Costco awards check. I had A RuDE man with a BiG sarcastic attitude that had a beaded necklace on some kind of flip flop at end of it and some kind of shorter keg necklace on was totally out of line. I am a executive business owner with Costco since 1998. My yearly bill with Costco was well over $100,000. Every year until I moved to Hutchinson Island, 2 1/2. Anytime I said something or asked a question he had a Huge Attitude that followed with a sarcastic remark. I always loved Costco and always wrote great things about the workers. I took the hour and 15 min drive to the north lake location at PGA. I am looking forward to the Martin County location opening up soon. Also today I noticed cashiers can use an attitude adjustment as well. Happy workers seem to have always been at the southern location. Maybe they should take note. Have a great day A-H:))

I wish I could give it ZEROs. This store is poorly managed from top, (Darcy, I doubt if she really was a manager) to bottom (Maurice, guardian doorkeeper). I drove over 3 hrs (back n forth) with the intention of purchasing a Costco membership! It was a disastrous 1st impression. I entered to crowed doorway of folks coming into store, frustration and chaos were all over their faces. Maurice (focused solely on me, no questions for the other floods of people filing into store) asked me to show my card, I told him I don't have one but would like to purchase one. He murmured under his breath then waved his hands in disgust as I kept walking. Then at the top of his lungs he yelled to Dylan, "SHE DOESN'T HAVE A MEMBERSHIP CARD AND TRYING TO COME IN"! All customers stopped and looked at him and his craziness, Dylan came over n stood with his arms open as to block me from moving further. I was so scared n embarrassed! I thought I had entered a cult or some forbidden sacred grounds. I told Dylan that I was there to purchase a membership and he asked that I go "sit on a bench for the store manager". By now, I was fuming when Darcy came, who was TOTALLY useless. I'm so glad I didn't open an account I such a dysfunctional store. The membership area was small, filthy floors, in the path of folks rushing to exit the store! Darcy offered to "walk" me over to the membership desk to "help" me get a club membership. I told her, "No thank you"! I refuse to drive hours to be frustrated. SHAME on Senior leadership for allowing this store to decay and rot from the top to bottom. Customers deserve better, I demand better!

It's a happening place!. Most disorganized Costco ...and I've been to many of them. Starts with the parking lot, all pieces of lanes, just crazy, drivers disregarding stop signs, playing chicken with pedestrians, just nuts. Inside is fine. The self checkout is done well, with helpers there move everyone along; good job. The food counter, disorganized lines and peep waiting everywhere so u don't know where to go to place order. The people there look hardworking and are all over trying to place, make and deliver orders, they look stressed and frustrated. The gas lines, disorganized and some cut off other cars...it's kinda like playing survivor. Don't know where management is...this is the same story every time we come to this one.

This is a cut-throat Costco. It's every customer and employee for themself--a full-scale survivalist mentality is needed to shop here. I've seen cashiers dictate checkout lines with the embodiment of Chairman Mao, I've seen soccer moms scratch their Ford Explorers into concrete cart corrals as they desperately try to leave the parking lot. There is no humanity here. There is only the primal urge to buy in bulk as fast as one can. Aside from that, this Costco is well-stocked and has great discounts. Relatively clean. Avoid shopping here or getting gas on the weekends.

Is it a bad thing if I know majority of the staff at this location by name? Needless to say, we come here often. Not only do they have the coolest staff and best deals but they also have really good gas prices. This location is maintained really well. But as the deals are so good and the gas is so cheap it is usually pretty crowded. Don't worry though, the gas line goes quick as the staff help to direct it through, and the lines inside might seem intimidating but they also move pretty quickly. I don't know who needs to hear this but, Costco now sells mini Coca-Colas! Run to the store while they are here as it's a pretty good deal. I also recommend trying the late July jalapeño lime chips. The huge bag is usually such a fantastic deal
