Comcast's service representative, Mr. Lanorris Thompson has set the bar high for others. He, together with John, the Comcast telephone service tech improved our service and repaired issues that have continued for years. John was the first to recognize our problem was partially due to a damaged connecting cable in the ground. John initiated a residential service call. Lanorris Thompson took it from there. He arrived at our home at the appointed hour, 5pm. He presents himself as a most considerate individual and demonstrated true efficient professionalism. By the time Lanorris left us our internet service was outstanding. Also, he corrected other cable related issues to our smart house system and fixed the annoying static on our telephone landlines. Thank you Lanorris and send our thanks to John.

Received a solicitation call to the business. The operator refused to get off the phone when requested and after told to remove from calling list. The call was pure harassment and a waste of my time.

This company sucks. I am going not renew the contract for this community. It is impossible to contact a person. This community of almost 11,000 people, has been without t.v for 3 days
