Started taking my son to Coastal Performance to add to his off season routine. Brendan and the staff have done a fantastic job at putting together a game plan for this fall and winter to accomplish his strength and speed goals. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to get bigger, stonger and faster.

I would highly recommend Coastal Performance to anyone in the market for a gym membership. I spent my summer down in SoFlo and thus spent 4 days a week at Coastal. The staff were always warm, and friendly. In the time I was there, I lost about 15 pounds and cut two pant sizes. To this day I still use their online component and cannot wait to get back down there. Coastal is truly a great place to achieve your fitness goals.
