Absolutely appalling experience. I am a professional agent/representative and end of life doula/practitioner. I delivered in person the original power of attorney for review. Keep in mind I live 4 hours away. They needed to see it in person which is a violation of Florida Statute as financial institutions are to accept electronic copies and in case any one is unaware, Florida offer remote online notarization services so those documents are always digital. I did drive down to meet in person with Murshida Uddin who immediately took the papers and spoke to the manager, Noelia. Noelia never got up to meet me or ask any questions. This was a Friday afternoon. Instantly, I could sense something amiss. My client is a multimillionaire and they don't want his account to go else where so they can float his funds and generate interest. The following Monday morning, the Polk Co. Sheriff's Office is called to my clients residence as I was there to verify if I was my clients PoA as Noelia contacted PCSO to report suspected elder abuse. This also violated my clients health information (HIPAA violation). I was mortified as the neighbors see me coming out of the home being questioned like a criminal.Needless to say, litigation is in process against Citi, Murshida, Noelia and the legal team at Citi for failing to provide me in 4 business days a decision. Today is day 7. This is another violation of Florida State Statute.Murshida also is very rude and hangs up on you when you call.KNOW WHERE YOU BANK AT AS THIS BRANCH and FINANCIAL INSTITUTION VIOLATES MANY STATUTES.

I'd never go to this bank again if I had to deal with their representative named Murshida Uddin. She needs to learn the meaning of Customer Service. She's Rude, not helpful at all, and seems to care more about lunchtime and closing than her customers. I had an urgent problem that needed to be taken care of that I'd been trying to fix for over a YEAR. I had to return to the bank 5 Times - Once because of Her Mistake in reading a POA the wrong way, which caused me to unnecessarily have it notarized for the 4the time. I was finally told I was no longer welcome to return to the bank! MY Legal had to deal with THEIR Legal. She gave me no phone number or address for the legal team. Thus, I had to hire an attorney ($1000) to REWRITE the SAME POA, but the only difference was it was on his letterhead. THEIR LEGAL Also said, "this is a Branch Issue- not OUR issue." She sent me on a wild goose chase. The worst of the worst was she would NOT return phone calls to my Attorney's office or ME. Six calls were made without one return call. I walked in with the papers again and spoke with another representative; I told him as per the papers, they had FOUR days to respond, or my attorney would take action. I also threatened reviews on the woman across from him that had made me miserable. Murshida Uddin. Told him I'd been in the Social Media Industry for 40 years, including all of them being in radio. I knew how to Write a BAD REVIEW if I still needed to resolve this. I also told him he'd been very helpful, and I appreciated him. That night I received a call from him and was told to come in tomorrow to fill out the paperwork. The POA Papers had been accepted. Once again- She should lose her job or at LEAST be put in a class that teaches Customer Service. Robin Marshall - and feel free to Google me to keep me honest.

I am a frequent customer who cashes my check here every 2 weeks and I’ve never had an issue with customer service until this day! I went to this location about 2 days ago and I needed some change I asked for $40 in quarters and the teller who had been working did not say hello didn’t ask what she could do for me except give me a nasty attitude about how she wouldn’t be able to give me change because I didn’t have my debit card with me. Why would I need my debit card to get change?! I explained that I had never had this issue with anyone here before until now and she rolled her eyes and she said she would do only $10 for me. She slammed the roll on the counter and looks over at the other teller like this lady is crazy or something. Unprofessional and I will not be coming to this location ever again. Photos below is the women who should not be working here period.

Citi bank has closed all their branches so now you’re forced to go to one branch and wait forever for any assistance. I feel bad for their employees they are running these poor people ragged. Understaffed. This happened prior to COVID. Not sure what’s going on with Citibank.

This is the lone Citibank serving the North County area, but it's a bit hidden on the northwest corner of US1 and PGA Boulevard; it's also difficult to access if you're coming from the west. It's a perfectly fine bank, and I've yet to encounter a line. Paulina was friendly and quick; thanks! The parking lot is small but very shady. Citibank, if you're listening, please add sidewalks! It is very difficult to park in front of the building, as there is only one regular parking spot and several handicapped. I always end up parking in the lot behind the building. There is no back door or side doors so you must walk to the opposite side of the building, but there are no sidewalks at all. You must walk on the road on either side, both of which are narrow, with cars flying in from PGA or US1, both busy roads. This is very unsafe.

Great Citibank, customer service was superb and friendly, nothing to complain here. Parking lot has dedicated 30min sign. The only downside is, just as any biz in palm, all signs are so subdued and you might miss it easily (as I missed a few times)
