Visited the champs at PGA mall today Isabella V helped us with everything. my 11 -year-old son needed assistance trying on sneakers bc the laces were so tight. She was patient, helpful, and even placed an online order for us. Great customer service..

PROS: this store was fully stocked with everything and all products were priced upfront. There were also many discounts that I sawCONS: no worker asked for help which gives me a vibe that they don't care to help OVERALL: I would come back here if I ever needed any athletic gear

My experience was absolutely amazing. The young man Maddox was so incredibly intelligent about all of the merchandise, and how to help me. His customer service skills are absolutely amazing and this young man has a bright future and customer service.
