An absolute nightmare company to work with.
Ordered black out shades and light channels back in February 2024 not to realize it was going to take 7 months of back & forth constant follow up and errors made by their sales team. They continued to send us the wrong product.
The amount of time invested into following up with them to receive the product, and to then receive the WRONG product multiple times, was an absolute nightmare to have to deal with for as long as we did.
After still not receiving what we were promised at the time of sale, and after 7 months of dealing with their BS excuses, they then go to charge an extra $1k on our credit card without notice. We should have been REFUNDED, not charged an additional amount without notice!
I am doing everyone a favor in warning you about this company. Please beware and do not hire!!

SCAM Company... Do not do business with this company! Their sales people will lie to you about what they can provide as a service in order to close the deal and get your money regardless of what you say your wants and needs are.
They said they can provide FULLY blackout shades where NO sunlight will get through the sides and bottoms of the windows during the sales process. The side channels they provided to accomplish this were flimsy plastics that do not connect to the shades at all and don't accomplish blocking any sunlight.
Tons of sunlight coming through so ill have to invest in curtains now which I was trying to avoid from the beginning by hiring this company.
It also took 5 months for my window shades to be installed, and after waiting all that time, they sent the wrong color shades.
Worse of all their billing department is charging my credit card THOUSANDS of dollars by accident for more services that were never ordered.
You can see 3 more charges in August out of no where and they refunded 2 of the charges but not the 3rd.
Now I'm paying $1,413.50 more for services that I never ordered cause someone in their billing department is charging my credit card.
This company has an incompetent group of people delivering the services. BEWARE of hiring them...
It is NOT worth the headache and time for the extremely high price points that they charge.
If you are going to charge premium prices, you must provide a premium service to your customers and THIS IS NOT IT!
I never leave reviews but feel compelled too because of what a rip off this feels like...
Look else where. Never again will I hire this company.

Installation of our plantation shutters went smoothly. Duane is wonderful to work with. Questions were always answered promptly. Extremely pleased with Capitol Carpet & Tile.

Alan and Lisa were both great to work with. Their installers are top notch - showed up on time, were efficient and clean and did really nice work on our carpet and LVF installation. Only suggestion for improvement is the permitting process, but probably more a critique of the city of WPB.

From first walking in the Palm Beach Gardens store and meeting Kate, who is extremely knowledgeable about the products and in home procedures, to the actual flooring installation with Carlos and his crew, we are very impressed with all of the professionalism and craftsmanship! We will certainly recommend Capitol to everyone we discuss interior home improvements.

I had a wonderful experience with Duane. From the day i ordered until my window treatment was installed, even if i had to delay my installation, they were very patient. I recommend Capitol Carpet & Tile and window!!

We are extremely happy with the carpet we purchased at Capitol Carpet on PGA Blvd. From our sales rep Robert, to the installers Jason and crew, it was a seamless experience. All were professional and friendly. Our home was left clean and orderly after the carpet was installed.

Terrible company. Would not recommend. I paid top dollar for a tile project for my house and was lied to the entire time. The sales person said they have their own company that only works for them for the installation and when they came to the house it was all subs they hired that work other jobs. We also asked and included the baseboards to have everything included and make our lives easier and company came to install the baseboards and would not paint them before and advise we need to hire a painting company. If we knew this before we would have had the baseboards painted before. The lack of communication was shocking as customer who paid top dollar for a floor project. I would not use them and recommend hiring a tile company that does the work direct. 0/10.

Capitol Carpet & Tile and Window Fashions in PBG is a great place to get window treatments! Ordering and timing of delivery and installation was awesome! Make sure you ask for Duane!

We had a great experience with Capitol Carpet and Tile. Our salesperson was Duane and he was so nice from the moment we walked through the door. We ordered Hunter Douglas window treatments and they are just stunning. Duane had a quote for us very quickly and all the ordering was completed online which made it very convenient. They sent a person out to do final measurements who was very nice as well. We had our blinds pretty quickly. The installer was excellent and our blinds fit perfectly. It was nice to receive a follow up call from Duane checking in to assure everything was to our liking. We would definitely recommend Capitol Carpet and Tile.
