Unfriendly women working here. I was interested in the outdoor furniture selection, but I was very off put by the cold sales women. They just kind of stared at me as I inquired about some of the pieces. I have a five bedroom house to fill, they did their selves a disservice. I actually considered a few items, but I was so uncomfortable I left.

Big sign in Legacy in Palm Beach Gardens, Grand Opening. I convince my husband to stop and and there's a sign on the door that states that they will be right back. This is a huge store. Who does that? Im done with them before I start.
Follow up: I decided to give Bungalow a second chance.
I decided to stop into this shop because it is new in my area and I was curious to see what Bungalow Home Furnishings had to offer. The short answer to that is "Nothing" but an experience with a rude, angry, hostile, bitter & paranoid salesperson or part owner.
I walked in and the salesperson never even looked up from his desk. "I" made the jester to say hello.
This was the following dialogue:
Him: Have you been here before?
Me: Yes, but there was a sign on the door that stated someone would be right back and of course, the door was locked
Him: You didn't wait around?
Me: No, it was working hours and therefore, I left
Him: Don't you understand that people have lives (with attitude) ??
Me: Of course but I feel like someone should be minding the store
Him: LEAVE MY STORE
Me: I proceeded to leave the store as requested
Him: Hollering, "You're NASTY" and proceeded to TAKE MY PICTURE as if to intimidate me.
"He" opened the front door to escort me out. No other words were spoken by me except, "thank you" when he opened the door for me to leave.
It is important to mention that:
1. I never raised my voice
2. I never cursed
3. I never threatened anyone (This was a huge man)
4. I never harassed anyone
5. And, I left quickly when asked
It should be noted that the conversation is one he started, by asking me if I had been to the shop before.
A good salesperson would have responded with, "I am sorry we inconvenienced you" instead "he" wanted to engage. He was locked and loaded and was probably pretty angry before I even entered the shop.
By the way, I didn't see anything in the store that I was even remotely interested in. With the combination of uninteresting goods and hostility, I give this shop 6 months and good-bye.
*Pls. read all the google reviews and the ones on Yelp. Interestingly, all of the potential customers complaints are consistent - problems with same person.

My late husband and I have purchased numerous items from BPB. Hubby purchased business holiday gifts, me, fun stuff! We have always had luck with whatever we chose.I just purchased a couch, which by the way I love, a piece of artwork, which my (other) interior designer said was/is fabulous, and a file cabinet for my office. Steven came over and offered suggestions, with Sean chiming in with his thoughts. Both are always helpful in offering suggestions to what will/won’t look right.It took about 4 weeks for my custom couch to come in. So worth the wait. The artwork was already at the store, the file cabinet took less than a week to get. They held both pieces at the store until the couch was in store/warehouse so I would only pay one white glove delivery charge. Thank you!Nothing was inexpensive, but you pay for what you get! I got quality pieces which I will love for years to come!Thank you Steven, Sean and Jenna for always smiling and being so helpful!!

I purchased many things that were brought to the home to accessorize. I changed my mind on a couple of paintings that they just called in. They would not cancel. The store policy was only mentioned after I tried to cancel an order that wasn’t even processed yet. My receipt was via text that they said clearly stated their return policy. 3 day returns with store credit only. I wasn’t looking for a return policy via text I was looking for what I spent. I really think they should let you know up front their return policy. They have been really rude. I had paintings that I didn’t want delivered that has damage and they would not fix it. I spent over 7,000 dollars in a store that the customer didn’t matter. I will never shop with there again.

I was taken back by the unique furniture, decor, wallpaper and lamps in this store. Sean went out of his way to welcome me. He took time to explain the way that they bring in unusual wall art and decor so that it doesn't look like everything you see. And he does a amazing job. My favorite is the palm leaf leather light fixture. This store is just stunning.

Don’t shop here. The sales person was extremely rude when I asked about the price tags. I can see why the store was empty and I don’t think they will make it treating customers so badly. The prices were also outrageous, if you can read the tags. Shockingly bad shopping experience. After reading another review, sounds like the sales person I had was the owner. He is in the wrong business!

The only reason I'm giving two stars is because they have cute items in this store. I walked in this afternoon to take a look at some furniture ideas for my new condo. I loved a bed in the corner, and took a photo of it. Immediately this man was on me, questioning me like the police. "Who are you sending that photo to? " . I was shocked. I said my husband and my decorators to see if it will fit in our new home. He becomes angry and says "exactly! And they will order it from somewhere else! No photos are allowed here for that reason!". I was embarrassed, shocked and speechless. I have never been attacked like that. I didn't even make it 20 feet inside the store before he made it clear I was not welcome. I will NEVER shop there again and strongly recommend anyone that prefers toShop and not get harassed, look elsewhere.

While visiting my mom for her birthday this weekend we stopped in hoping to find some new furniture for my patio at my primary home and potentially for my beach house.After a few minutes of dealing with a lovely, helpful young lady the owner appeared with an attitudeHe said we don’t transport items you should “buy where you live”. When we asked if we could buy from him and have it shipped. he said NO.When we wanted the name of the manufacturer so we could “ buy where you live”. He said get out I’m calling securityI would strongly suggest avoiding this store. You’re better off finding a friendly store who’s willing to help vs hate!To be clear the owner started yelling across the room first…..as we looked at the back of a chair to see how it was constructed. In the middle of a conversation about one piece with my partner he immediately pivoted to me and yelled sternly “can I help you!” “ put that down! “. “Your not gunna shop my store” get out!” Like a switch had been flipped in his head.He clearly can’t tell the difference between a customer and a competitor. His tone sacred my 85yo mother and then the conversation was more stern between all involvedAll we were trying to do was buy patio furniture for TWO separate homes and all we got was yelled at, accused of “shopping his store” and chased out
