Worst customer service experience. I had picked out a nest oil diffuser (had an $40 off reward to use on the account) and a woman named Kristina said she would check me out. She took me to the register. My husband handed her his id to use his credit account. We live out of state and also have a home in Fl. She asks to verify the address and we do. Then she states we need a Florida driver’s license because the license is nc? Even though we shop here regularly and have never had an issue. I explain the fl address is a mailing address while we are down here. Does she need us to go to another register to someone who knows how to do it. She has a terrible attitude,\\nCompletely ignores my question that I asked her twice and gets another lady to help her. The other lady pulls up the account and explains the same thing to her. Kristina then immediately tells us we can’t use our $40 off because she can’t pull it up and charges the full amount. My husband says no we want to return it then if you are going to charge us the full price. She tells him she’s not returning it that he’s being belligerent for wanting to return the item (even though I’m the one who is talking to her asking her if she wants someone else to ring us up?? Like what?). She literally WALKS OFF REFUSING TO RETURN THE ITEM! leaving the other lady standing there apologizing to us for Kristina’s ridiculous actions. The other lady was able to refund and repurchase using the $40 off with no problem. I will not be back to Bluemercury.

I’ve literally just left the Blue Mercury store inside Macy’s and will not be coming back. Rude and arrogant sales clerk. I always buy my Avene products there and when I asked about the Darphin cleanser for oily skin she just gave it to me and didn’t offer any explanation and when I asked about the 15% discount in the Avene products (whenever I purchased my Avene products there was a 15% discount so it was a valid question), she said she never heard of it and there’s no discount, maybe it was a sale promotion. She didn’t explain anything about the Darphin products or anything, was eager to just swipe my card. If retail stores wonder why they’re broke, this is why - bad customer service will simply make me purchase online.

One lady in particular named “Tami” very rude and unprofessional. She ignored my mom and treated her as if she was invisible maybe because my mom has a Spanish accent? She seemed racist and very angry towards my mother. We were trying to ask questions about facial treatments to the Facial expert , Tami interrupted us and said another customer is waiting as if we weren’t important enough. Bottom line is she was extremely nasty. Would not recommended even going back to this place at all especially with this racist woman who only was nice towards Caucasian women.

I went in to Macy’s to purchase jack black products I found the staff of blue mercury snarky and unprofessional with bad attitudes. Unfortunately this isn’t my first experience there had just as of an unpleasant experience the first time. I don’t know what the problem is but you people are there for sales and customer service get over yourselves.

Very organized and clean store. Nadia helped me pick out the best natural foundation for my skin type and without being pushy she recommended other natural products that turned out to be amazing. I'm a happy customer and will be back to this store.
