Just stopped in the Billy bong at the Gardens Mall in Palm Beach Gardens Florida stopped in cuz my buddy loves the cycling shorts that we picked up down at Key West last year so he's from up in New Hampshire so he goes he like to get the cycling shorts that they have and the young lady is looking in the back to see if we have the same kind of shorts We need he said the wear and tear and how he loves his shorts and how they last over the years that he's definitely going to get another pair so we came home and the selection of everything so we're looking for t-shirts we're looking for shorts they got sandals not too busy cuz it's a Tuesday we're getting ready to go on a vacation we're heading to Antigua for a week so he's trying to pick up some shorts and stuff to wear on vacation so if in the vicinity of Palm Beach Gardens Florida and you need a pair of shorts you need some some bum products or if you need bathing suits for men and women they have on zipper watch sunglasses they have Nixon watches they have GoPros lots of bathing suits to pick from so t-shirts all the newest styles and then we go to hats so we have many hats to wear some some blocks some sunscreen clothes so I would definitely check out the backpacks here at the Gardens mall at the Billy bong

I loved the service! I actually used to live in Palm Beach when I was younger for quite a while, but I had forgotten which places were the best and I obvioulsy didn't know about all of the new shops and restaurants. So, along with getting some great new clothes and jewelry, the staff helped out a bunch with reccomendations and we had great conversations. The quality of the shop remainedamazing , at least for me, for 10 years. 10/10 would reccomend.

Awful experience with sales manager and crew. They would not exchange item purchased the same day from the Deerfield Beach Store. I was told I have to return to the original store of purchase. This was so an inconvenience. I was really trying to exchange item for a different item in the Gardens Mall.. Any Event, I ended up holding on the Deerfield purchase and purchased another item from the Gardens store. I live in Port st lucie, FL so the gardens store is so much closer. When I got home and checked my receipt, i was charged $75 on item that is priced for $55.. Again, I had to go the Gardens mall again to correct their mistake. What is Billabong policy on Returns and Exchanges from Store to store. I also have purchased items from there Boulder, CO store.What if I wanted to exchange, Do I have to send to Boulder if I live in FL?

I absolutely love their clothes, I think most things are priced reasonably and the store looks great but the staff is almost too nice, I was in the store for probably 8-10 minutes and the same guy asked if I needed help at least five times. I'm fully capable of picking out my own clothes. I would like to buy clothes there, but it's just too awkward for me to pick out clothes when I'm being bombarded with random questions, just let me shop!

I was excited to see there was a Billabong store in the Gardens Mall! Super clean store with helpful staff, just not an uber awesome selection on the girls' side and most of the guys' stuff you'd think Billabong should pay them to wear their name plastered all over everything from hats to tees and beyond. Great if you're cool with that. There was a large selection of dude's board shorts but not much variety in the look. One cool thing about what they had in stock were a handful of wet suits for the ladies. Other than that...pricey and not any notable sale signage or from the sales clerks, even during holiday season. I wouldn't be opposed to popping in next time I visit but wasn't a huge fan this time around...
