Service at this Best Buy was truly sad. I've always been a big fan of Best Buy & frequently shop my local store & love the service there, but I will not go back to this location.

I got my iPhone screen fixed at Geek squad after my baby launched it across the concrete lol. They did it within 3 hours and the appointment process is seamless. Worth it.

Best Buy service is terrible. I had reschedule service 4 times. They finally scheduled delivery date and service, emailed and called to confirm a 7:30 am appt. The delivery/install person never even. showed. up. Never called. Toll free number person called a tech "Jeremy" who didn't answer. I called back later they called "Jeremy"again, who said he had truck trouble and my job was next. Didn't get a call, he didn't show up. Called Concierge, an offshore agent who said the tv was never available in the first place and that I had to reschedule for the 4th time. Two weeks later, still no tv. But I do have an appt for what it's worth.

As i entered this establishment! I was greeted cordially and was assisted immediately. Our waiting time in line was 10 mins . Customer service had 7 PS 5 available at the moment and i was able to purchase 1 for my son for christmas. Highly recommended.

I recently experienced a customer service nightmare with Best Buy that’s left me utterly dismayed. On November 25, 2023, I bought a stackable washer and dryer set for my mother, priced at $1,380, installation included. Given the holiday season, the earliest installation date was January 15, 2024. However, when the day finally arrived, the installation turned into a fiasco. The team refused to install the unit, stating I lacked a necessary bracket for stacking, which I wasn’t informed I needed to purchase. I had trusted the sales associate to guide me through the process, especially after spending three hours in the store discussing every detail of my specific needs.This blunder meant a total of 3 hours of driving to and from Miami, only to leave my mother still struggling without a functional washer. Frustrated, I headed back to Best Buy, hoping for some resolution. I spent yet another hour there, where the manager’s response was shockingly dismissive: “I cannot do anything until the appliances are returned to the warehouse; it is store policy.” He then casually asked me to return the next day.The indifference and lack of accountability from Best Buy are alarming. It’s as if in this digital age, real human service and understanding have vanished. I’m sharing my story to raise awareness of this disappointing service, hoping no one else has to go through such an ordeal. #BestBuyNightmare #CustomerServiceFail

It is a good store but the service is very bad, you do not feel workers want to help you, do not give any welcome information and you are forced to follow them until you find one to give you the service.

Wow this is a really nice Best Buy! I was assisted by a nice gentleman by the name of Aaron. He answered all my questions got me everything I needed and he was very pleasant and very helpful. I'm grateful for people like this. Great experience here at this Best Buy I highly recommend it. My charger for my Surface Pro pooped out so I had to get a new one they had it in stock and it was the windows name brand

Best buy carries good products and their pricing/financing options can be great but this location is significantly sub-par when it comes to customer service which is unfortunate.

This review is solely for Rich in the order online pick up area. I ordered headphones online on 12/8 for pick up on 12/17. They weren’t ready that day. I couldn’t ever get anyone on the phone in the store and the people on chat kept telling me it would be that day when I reached out. I received an email days later on 12/20 that the headphones were ready for pick up which was perfect timing since we were leaving town the next day. I go to the store four hours later and my order is no where to be found. I mean these headphones vanished out of thin air. This is where Rich steps in. He’s looking everywhere. He even called the associate who scanned them in on his cell phone asking where they could be. They never did find them but I could tell Rich cared and was upset about the situation. So thank you Rich for being kind, patient, and trying your hardest!
