Bergman has had our watch for a new battery for 5 business days and it's still not ready. Apparently they can't install batteries at the shop and must send the watch out. I'm disappointed we weren't told that in the first place. My error in not asking. In any case, we still weren't given a date when it will be ready. This is Not the place to take a watch for a normal time to install a new battery.

Omg! I can’t stop looking at my wedding ring! Ray made it so easy for my husband; all I had to do was show him pictures of what I like and Ray and my husband did the rest. Got an engagement ring that always catches people’s eye and the wedding band is as gorgeous!

I bought my wife's engagement and wedding ring from Ray Bergman. Super pleased with his jewlers work as we had to have them both sized down about three sizes. Ray is honest and keeps his word. I will always come here for anything jewelry or watch related.

I recently had a bad experience with the owner. I went in to sell back a gold necklace I bought from him. when I told him i purchased it for $900 he laughed and told me I got ripped off. I then told him that I purchased it from him, he then laughed even more and said "yes thats exactly why"... so was he insinuating that he ripped me off? I was so mad .... this is the second awful experience I had with the owner. My family goes their and I told them never to do business there again.

Ray Bergman and his staff are top notch.I recently purchased a watch for my wife for her birthday. Ray not only has a great selection of preowned luxury watches, he has the best prices too.I am very happy with my purchase and they service and overhaul everything they sell at a fraction of the cost of Rolex.Go see Ray and his staff, you will be glad you did!

don't go. read the article anout the Rolex leaving in a bag. he's right. I asked him if they do work on the premises they lied and said they did I gave them a diamond ring which was taken to some unknown place and reset the wrong way and glued what disaster. I think I've said enough I do not recommend this place Ray seemed very nice his daughter was a little wild smoking her E. cigarette which I think is rude showing jewelry.

We took some estate jewelry gold and silver. Ray Bergman was very rude and would only look at pieces he wanted to buy at a very cheap price compared of the real value. Will never go there again to be treated so rude.

THIS PLACE IS AWESOME. You get the warm feeling when you walk in. As many Jewelry Stores in the mall said they could not bc it was impossible to create a Halo around an already spectacular Solitaire, Ray looked at it, and in seconds was able to save the day. The ring is epic. This place is a must stop if you are looking for any type of Jewelry! 100 Stars if I could!

With out hesitation I give Bergman Jewelers my highest recommendation. I purchased this beautiful ring for my wife and gave Ray the wrong size and had to return it to be resized. His service was so quick that when my wife showed me the ring on her finger I questioned myself that I might have forgotten to get it back to him. Amazing service and can’t thank you enough!!
