I visited Ulta for a hair appointment, hoping for a much-needed improvement. However, my experience was nothing short of disappointing. Despite providing clear instructions and referencing notes from my last visit, the stylist completely disregarded my preferences. I specifically requested a bold, icy blonde with noticeable highlights, and thick money piece, but what I ended up with was far from what I had hoped for. Not only did I not achieve the desired level of blonde, but the stylist also added low lights that resulted in a muddy, ashy appearance. The overall warmth of the color and the lack of bold highlights and nonexistent money piece left me feeling incredibly dissatisfied. I left with less blonde then I came in with. As a result, I now need to seek another stylist to correct the issues with my hair, which is not only inconvenient but also adds to the expense of achieving the desired outcome. I urge others to carefully consider their options before booking an appointment at Ulta Salon, as my experience fell far short of expectations For reference Photo while I was foiled and the after result.

the older woman who works there (wears a mask) could not have been ruder if she tried.... so disappointed bc the hair stylists here are fabulous but I'll go elsewhere for products.

When the store opened, one of the girls was too busy putting on her makeup to help me. I actually thought she was a customer at first. Another woman helped and was very friendly. There are no prices displayed, so you either have to ask or figure it out when you pay. There's a lot of products and no discounts other than points. It was my first time so I didn't know what to expect. I think I'd rather go to a mall where they have specials and packages.

Virginia is a rude, judgmental, cruel, miserable woman. I'll go to Sephora if I don't have to deal with her. Everyone else was great. She went out of her way to be rude

The store it self is great. They have a extensive selection of beauty items. Never any sales or perks like the department stores but they have an incredible return policy. Their employees are just that, workers at a beauty store. They can't answer what I would assume simple questions about what products to buy or use. I asked yesterday for an alternative to hair spray to hold curls and they told me that did not exist. Once of salon stylists stated that hair must be cut short to hold a curl after using hot rollers. You do not need short hair to curl it. Kinda of ridiculous. If you know what you need or want to buy, or if you haven't tried a product, like my teen daughters love their return policy. When it come to a staff that knows products and can make true recommendations to follow your beauty journey they can't do much. I would stick to the Mall and department stores for that knowledge. I ended up buying its a 10 Mousse that I will try today with my own research.

I will never shop at the Ulta, in my home town, ever again. I stopped at the Ulta in Palm Beach Gardens on my way home from work at 5:25pm, today 8/3/23. I had a specific item to purchase and I was happy to find it. As I was departing from the specific skin care/cosmetic section with my $145, 1oz serum in hand, a Ulta representative stopped me and asked how long I used those products. I told her 40 yrs. She asked if I would consider using another skin care/cosmetic line. I explained that I would not go away from the line I'm using, as every time I've tried another, I was disappointed. I explained I love these products as they have a good concentration of sun protection. She then began a very destructive defamation of the products I was using. She said that I should read the pamphlet carefully, she mentioned aluminum and chemical additives. She used intimidation and insult as if she were a scientist warning me not to use the product. She treated me as if I were a fool. I expressed that I had a dermatologist who approved of my skincare. She then said "really", I said "yes, really". In fact on 7/28/23 I had a complete skin check performed by my dermatologist. I was in perfect skin health and without sun damage. I am 59 yrs old and I live in the State of Florida. Everyday my clients remark on how beautiful my skin is, and ask me what skin care products I use. Then I tell them about the products I started using when I lived in Paris 40yrs ago, and that I still use their skin care and cosmetics now. My dermatologists says, once a year, "your skin is healthy and beautiful, keep using whatever you are using". I will continue to use my favorite products, but I will not purchase them at Ulta in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida.

I just had the most amazing brow lamination + shape service with Key (Keandra Johnston), and I'm absolutely over the moon with the results! Seriously, my eyebrows have never looked this stunning. And the best part? It didn't hurt one bit! Keandra is an absolute wizard when it comes to making brows look fabulous.

DO NOT go to the salon. I try to give them the benefit of the doubt and went 3 times and every-time they did a horrible job! That was my last time ever going. Instead of feeling beautiful i cried leaving

I am so happy that I found a true brow artist and her name is Key. She is a very delicate girl who explains the whole process while she is doing my eyebrows, it doesn't hurt and at the end the result is wonderful,I recommend her with my eyes closed, every 3 weeks I’m going to my appointment with her at Ulta and she is always on time.Also, if I have questions about other products in the store, she takes me directly to them and I find quality! Thanks Key!
