My Bank United banker Jason Harripersad is unbelievable! He embodies customer service like I’ve never experienced before. My experiences have been wonderful. All my needs are met and if anything needs to be completed expeditiously I could always count on him and Bank United to do it. 5 Star service.

I wish I could rate this bank no stars as a whole. My account got compromised beginning of February (2024) and was not notified in ANY form. And was actually still usable until march 4th-5th. I was also told a new card was sent to me back in February and I didn’t receive until march 18th. Upon activating the new card, it would not activate and had to call customer support. When I finally got through and asked why my new card wasn’t working. The new card had also already been compromised (how?!?!? Idk) and they were sending me a new. Got the new I literally used 2x to pay bills I was now behind on because of all this. And the 3rd time I go to use it’s shut off and I get a text from the fraud department. I’ve been with this bank for 10yrs never had a problem till now and the way this is going is absolutely disgusting and disgraceful. Y’all should be a damn shame.

When I was starting my law firm, I met Jason Harripersad who is one of the business bankers. He was professional, knowledgeable, and caring. He thoroughly explained the types of accounts Bank United offers, products it offers, and was honest about what would work for my firm. I recommend that all new businesses meet with someone at Bank United like Jason!

I’ve had my money in Bank United for many years. The tellers and managers are professional and extremely helpful. I recommend this bank to anyone. Elsewhere I had to ask for accounts with less or no fees. Here they told me when I was eligible for better rates and no fees as a senior.

I have done my business and personal banking with BU at this location since 2011, and I have been very happy with both BankUnited as a financial institution, and with the service I have received at this individual branch. They are always friendly and helpful, and treat you like a friend. 5 stars!

This branch is so so I guess but customer service is the worst I’ve ever seen in banking history this associate that goes by the name of Margot told me to go bank somewhere else that is very rude people like that should not be attending customer especially in a bank

Made a large cash deposit, got a receipt for my deposit and then got a call after the bank closed saying that they were taking $100 out of my deposit because the banker's drawer was short $100. Doh. Now I bank elsewhere.

The bank Manager is a very nice person all the tellers are very friendly and very professional. They always handle all transactions and services promptly..
