Terrible customer experience, manager and teller both tried to make a simple transaction impossible. Would never come to this branch again. Manager Alex is smug, condescending and severly lacking in the customer service department

Terrible customer service at this branch. Very, very, very slow tellers. Staff is not helpful.The reply to this review by Bank of America shows how they don't focus on customers. I would share the details of my interaction but I am too polite to do so on a public forum.

You know the old saying..."ignore your teeth, they'll go away". Same thing applies to customers/clients. I walked into the lobby of this bank and there were two tellers at their stations. One was busy with a customer; the other seemed free. No one was waiting. I went to the 'free" one; she would not help me; instead she continued to do something at her terminal. 5 minutes go by and the first one was still busy and the second was still not accepting me. Then a third teller comes in and takes a transaction from a person who wasn't even in line! He leaves afterward and the situation returns to the usual "ignore the guy in line." Eventually (maybe 15 minutes standing like a doofus) I left. Couldn't take it any longer. "Service" is something they do not comprehend. I wish it weren't so difficult to cancel all the accounts I have with them. Not worth the effort. But if you are considering BoA as a bank, and this branch in particular, try Chase across the street.

Nicole's always eager to help and happy to help. She is patient and kind and always upbeat but I notice people are rude to her and I think it's ridiculous the things they get upset with her about. It might just be the location. I notice it's a lot of older, impatient people but regardless, from what I've seen, she doesn't let it get to her or impede her customer service skills. She deserves way more.

This branch, and BOA overall is a terrible customer service banking institution. The service is bad trying to get answers or speak with someone is nearly impossible. I have a mother that had a stroke six months ago, thankfully she recovered OK but trying to close her account has been impossible. I've made two separate lobby appointments to bring my mother there, which is no easy feat with her being 88 years old and both times we were turned away because of "computer issues". We were told that we can withdraw all the money out of her account by standing in a line with 16 people and one teller and then later close the account by phone. We have tried unsuccessfully three times to close her account by phone. with the security questions asked to a person who recently had a stroke it was very frustrating. Now my mom is being charged $12 every month because there is no money in the account and they haven't closed her account. As I said, terrible institution. Don't walk away from Bank of America, RUN AWAY!

Horrible AWFUL service!!! I waited in line, behind someone who took at least 30 minutes for their transaction, with only one teller in the window and at least eight other employees in their offices. Five people behind me waiting. When I finally got to the window, they told me that I could not withdraw cash from my debit card. I’m so glad I am closing this account. I will never deal with Bank Of America again if I can avoid it.

One of the worst banks I have ever been to. ALWAYS only one person at their teller windows. They are slow and Inconsiderate. I went in to get change, and they had a computer issue. No big deal, another teller finally comes up to help on a different window. I go up, then ask for change. “Sorry you have to wait for the other girl when she is done”. Um okay fine I’ll wait. Next person comes up for change, “Yeah sure no problem.” It was in the same exact denominations I needed except pennies. I then proceeded to wait another 15 minutes after waiting in line for 20. It is absolutely absurd.

Always one teller at the counter and 3 other people walking around asking if you need help!! Line is out the door! Why don't they go behind the counter and help the teller that actually needs help!! Horrible staff management.

The employees were very friendly. The problem lies with BOA and their closing of so many locations. There were between 5 and 10 customers in line with one teller open. If they are closing all these locations they need to staff others accordingly.

Jackie and her team are efficient, kind and truly patient people. Whether week day or weekend your needs are seen in a timely manner. My usual branch on US-1 is temporarily closed and I have now been speedily and professionally helped by this I N C R E D I B L E staff. Thank you Ladies :)

Terrible customer service but could easily be improved. Some other employees came out and were more helpful.
