“I visited Nordstrom for a new pair of sneakers. Little did I know I was visiting during the Half Yearly sale. Needless to say, I left with an additional pair of shoes. There weren't many clerks available, but I located Debbie near the register. She assisted me from start to finish. She was extremely knowledgeable, efficient, and pleasant. She's definitely an asset to Nordstrom.”

“I was with my buddy Bob. He had a check he wanted to deposit but did not have his account number. We pulled up to the window at the drivethrough. Bob handed over his Visa debit card and driver's license and asked the teller, Ryan, to look up his account number and put the funds there. The teller then asked if he knew that a check deposit could easily be made at the ATM. My friend was momentarily confused. Ryan said "Would you like me to show you how to use it?" A moment later we were shocked to see Ryan, the bank employee, outside waiting for us at the ATM. He gave us a complete lesson. He showed us exactly how easy it was to deposit a check this way and he clearly explained how it was actually better and more advantageous to deposit checks using this method. Wow... We were simply impressed and surprised to see this kind of initiative taken by a bank employee. And afterwards we talked about how unusual that sort of proactive customer service is.”

“I'm an avid user of this drive-thru ATM. I've only ever visited the lobby once. Albeit, that one visit has a special place in my heart because it was the day I bought my first home. Granted, I recall going bat you know what crazy as wire transfers weren't the norm during that era. I must have received 5-6 calls from my realtor regarding the amount I needed at closing..:: needless to say, I prefer visiting the ATM. ;) The drive-thru ATM is easy to maneuver and there's also a walk-up ATM at the front of the bank.”

“Great Citibank, customer service was superb and friendly, nothing to complain here. Parking lot has dedicated 30min sign. The only downside is, just as any biz in palm, all signs are so subdued and you might miss it easily (as I missed a few times)”
