Went to the Apple Store because my AirPods had a static sound in one ear. I saw online there was a recall for this issue for the generation I had. I went to the store only to find out I needed an appointment and the next appointment was about an hour and a half away so I waited since I had to drive an hour to get the store. I was told I would receive a text when it was time for my appointment. After waiting the hour and a half I never received a text so I went to check and was informed my appointment time was bumped and it would be another 45 minutes. Finally, I received notice it was time for my appointment. I returned to the store only to be told to have a seat in the waiting area and someone would meet me there to assist me. We waited another 20 minutes before someone came to help. I informed the associate of the issue I was having and he told me they no longer honor the recall. Apparently you can recall a recall?? ?? I was then informed I could pay $80 dollars for another AirPod (just the one pod). Why would I pay that amount for one pod when I could buy a whole new set for just a little bit more through other retailers?? This was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had with Apple. I will be switching from Apple once my devices need to be replaced.

Very bad experience. Got an appointment for a repair. They said it would take 20 min. We were supposed to get notified by text. Never got text so after 40 min we came back to the store to find there was no appointments set up really. Made us wait an other 40min. Lady came to help. Started to help out said she would be back and left in the middle of helping. Never came back.

Bought a new Mac book thought I might be able to ask a question about my phone since I live hours away from an Apple Store. They guy turned his back to me and ignored me. I miss the customer service that made me an Apple customer so many years ago.

It’s unfortunate that you can’t easily use your PayPal account to purchase products. I tried unsuccessfully yesterday. Was told to do an online order with delivery to Apple at Gardens Mall but PayPal cancelled transaction as suspicious. I live in Massachusetts.

I had an apple case fail after a few month. I took time away from my family to go to this store. just to be told that the $70 case was not covered under warranty. The case failed in four areas. It was a bad piece and they don’t like the product.

Very positive experience, I had my genius bar appointment and was served on time by a very helpful person. Also, sales associates are patient and wanting to help, they also speak languages, you’ll be surprised ?
