I visited this location on 8/5/24 around 3:30 and 8/6/24 around 5:35. Both visits were top notch. The person assisting me was polite, professional and extremely efficient. I'm not great with remembering names, may have been Tristan possibly. I just want to make sure the company knows, this employee is fantastic regardless of time of day. Based on thier service I will be recommending this location to all my friends and family.

Stay away. "Laura" hung up the phone mid-conversation. She is rude and unprofessional. Plase reporting her to corporate or Clarissa Windham-Bradstock. This isn't the first complaint against her and likely won't be the last. I hope she sees this and takes it as constructive criticism

WORST CUSTUMER SERVICE IN TOWN, WORST BUSSINES OWNER I HAVE EVER MET, SHE DOES NOT KNOW HOW TO TREAT PEOPLE WITH EDUCATION AND KINDNESS, MOREOVER SHE SAYS TO HER CUSTUMERS THAT SHE DOES NOT CARE ABOUT ANYTHING.THIS PLACE IS NOT PROFESIONALDO NOT COME TO THIS PLACE.ALSO I SAW HER PRACTICING THE LAB TESTING WITHOUT GLOVES AND MASK, REALLY SAVE YOUR TIME AND ENERGY AND ACT LIKE THIS PLACE DOES NOT EXIST, BAD BEHAVIOR, BAD EDUCATION, NOBODY WOULD SAY GOOD THINGS ABOUT THIS PLACE.

Had a wonderful experience and was helped by Adria who was very knowledgeable in picking the right test for me to determine my testosterone levels. Will be coming back again for any future testing.

O my, .... this lab test lady Adraina needs help with dealing with mentally ill people. she treated my friend with a lack of patience i have not ever seen before. My friend ended up getting the observed drug screening she needed for her probation officer but she was threatned multiple times that she would get a faild result if she didnt respond to the questions asked. Mind you, my friend is from Ukraine and understands limited english, the lady spoke english.The lab test lady Adriane also mentioned she has ADHD, that could be the reason for her lack of patience and rude demeanor.... u would think that would make her more sensative to communicating but it didnt.all im saying is people that work should be trained to handle all types of people, not just american human robots #8EFE #TruReal

Didn't wear gloves for the testing. I did use your service. Under my name, Morgan Haas. You are trying to discredit my review. I have a receipt. Your employee did not use gloves for a mouth swap dealing bodily fluids. Yes, my name should be in your system you legally need to keep my file in your system for 7 years.Anyone seeking services should attend any other establishment.

I walked in to Any Lab Test Now for the first time and I was very hesitant about going there because of the reviews but it was unbelievable how nice the staff is Alex the manager was kind enough to offer me a great deal for my blood work since I had to pay cash Eliana was my phlebotomist and she did a amazing job I didn’t feel a thing she also kept me distracted as she did my blood work and got in and out only took 10 minutes. Amazing place definitely recommend and will be returning.

Adriana and Alex are both Very Unprofessional.
I was not rude NOR disrespectful until I asked Adriana to change her gloves. She put on gloves to except my money, told me to sit in the back, then changed them to start touching cabinets, the printer, and drawers. You will be reported

I called about my glucose screening as I am pregnant and paying out of pocket. Alex asked me to email the order so that he can give me a price for it. My doctor had forgotten to fill something out on the order. Alex offered to call my doctor and get the right info. I came in and the nurse was very nice and made me feel comfortable. Great experience!
