Costumer service was top notch. Everything about the medication was explained to me clearly and the staff ensured I understood how to take prescribed medication before leaving.

We used this place for allergy drops in 2022 and then On 4/21/23 i had two charges show up on my credit card, $184.65 & $304.65. I immediately contacted the company (Anthony). Immediately he said he "has the file in front of him" before i give him any information which was my first clue this was a scam company. He promised the charges would be credited back promptly. The $184.65 was credited but the $304.65 was still on my card so i called multiple days and always got the "run around". On 4/27/23 Anthony said he was mailing me a check for the remainder which of course was a lie.Finally i had enough, I called back I then verified i had been speaking to Anthony Accaputo and verified his wife is the company owner Michelle Notartomaso. He verified their address on US-1 and I politely advised him I would be sending him a notice of intent to file suit via certified mail after legal consultation. He became irate and hung up on me. He called me back almost immediately and he was irate and threatened me with bodily harm. After a two minute hate filled rant he said he was going to put $305.00 in a "god damn" fed-ex overnight to me and never wants to hear from me again. I had better accept the envelope. He said he is 74 years old and he again threatened me with physical harm. Finally he stopped to catch his breath and i was again very polite and said I would accept the payment as all i wanted was my money. I said I was sorry he was so upset. Of course there was no envelope with a check but get this....On 5/18/23 they send me a package which apparently had more drops in them. Immediately I took it back go the USPS and sent it back refused and took photos.My credit card company wasnotified the week of the incident in April. US bank sent me letters and emails weekly stating that it was still investigating my claim of fraud. I had to cancel my card because I did not want these people stealing from me ever again. I never had anymore contact with this company. Finally on July 6 i received a letter from US Bank and i was credited back the $304.65. I reported this to the Florida Attorney General and the Florida Board of Pharmacy. IF YOU HAVE BEEN A VICTIM OF ALLMEDRX PLEASE REPORT THEM!THIS NEVER ENDS / just received another fraudulent bill for $184.80 on August 22, 2023. WHY ARE THESE PEOPLE ALLOWED TO OPERATE???? PLEASE EVERYONE REPORT THEM To THE BOARD OF PHARMACY, DO NOT LET THEM CONTINUE WITH THEIR FRAUD!!!'

THEY WILL CHARGE YOU WHEN THEY ARE NOT SUPPOSED TO AND WONT REFUND YOU! Like others have indicated. They will charge your card whenever they want whatever amount they want, in my care over $300, and tell you that they'll refund you but do absolutely nothing. I hadn't purchased anything from here in over a year. I did NOT have a recurring charge agreement or any sort of subscription. I did NOT authorize any additional purchases or received any additional product but next thing you know.. i was charged $300+ on May 3rd. No receipt was provided, i found out by looking at my credit card statement. I called on a Monday and the guy said they would refund me "today or tomorrow" and I'd get an email confirmation. Thursday I called again because still nothing and the guy said he has just "been so busy" but he was doing it right away. It's been weeks and nothing. By now, I'm in the process of disputing the change with my credit card since they clearly won't refund.

DO NOT USE!!!! I had a good experience with Allmed Rx initially. Then I called for a refill and had a 10 second conversation where the guy said "okay, I'll ship it out this afternoon." That was around 4/14. I noticed there was an additional pending charge ($274.90) to my account and immediately called. He very quickly said "okay, I'll take care of it right now." 5 days later it had posted and so I called again. This guy gives me the run around. Saying "oh I'll take care of it right now" "you'll see it after Wednesday, it takes 3 days from when I post it... blah blah blah" today, May 1. It is still there!!!! I called two different numbers for this business and couldn't get an answer yesterday and today. I finally start calling the number a few times hoping to get a voicemail. Another number calls me and the same guy I've been dealing with says: "who is this? How can I help you." I tell him and he goes "you know calling me 100x" (it was 4-5) "...isn't going to change anything." I start responding and he hangs up on me. Ridiculous!!!!! Now I'm having to deal with my bank (thanks God for Wellsfargo) and having to call my doctor to find another company and let him know to NOT recommend Allmed Rx to anyone else.

Absolutely nightmare with this company, after calling and canceling the drops, they still charged my card and when I called about the unauthorized charge a few days later they charged my card again! it has been a problem getting my refund back for double charges. Very unhappy. The gentleman does not know what he is doing. I'm so scared my card will get charged again.
