A young guy went the extra mile to make sure the key cutting matched my keys. My keys were a special kind and he hand cut them. Nowhere else would help. Great customer service highly recommend.

This is the BEST Ace Hardware anywhere! They sharpened my sewing scissors and I found everything I needed that I couldn’t find anywhere else! Ace beats Home Depot and Lowe’s in every category! A great hometown business right in the middle of Palm Beach Gardens at Promenade Plaza. Although Publix is being completely rebuilt, Ace and all other businesses remain open.

Anthony saved the day!
After several frustrating trips to big box stores in search of plumbing supplies and even after calling a plumbing supply store, I was directed to visit Ace Hardware nearby. As soon as I walked in, Anthony offered his assistance. He attentively listened to my problem description and immediately went into problem-solving mode. Remarkably, we were able to find the necessary parts in stock, saving me a significant amount of time compared to larger establishments. Anthony’s professionalism, knowledge, and creativity left a lasting impression. I highly recommend visiting this store, where old-fashioned customer service is truly alive and well.

I was looking for "gloss sand" Rust-Oleum spray paint at all of the big box stores, this ace had more paint selection than all of those places combined. Very well stocked and super friendly staff.

Tried four times and 4 trips to place a special order for steel rods. After being told they were ordered, then partially ordered, then the partial order paid for, the rest of the order had never been ordered and never came in. Terrible customer service. Have shopped there for years. Will not shop there again.

I love this location. Sure it is a bit more pricey than Home Depot or Lowes but you get actual SERVICE!!!!! The employees are always quick to ask if you need assistance and if they are unable to answer a question they locate a fellow employee who can. I will happily pay a few dollars more for the warm welcome I always receive from this location.
